With SO much to look at and so many unique home objects and accessories, I didn't know where to look first! Everything is compacted together so you have to move through the store slowly to ensure that you don't overlook any of the neat gizmos or gadgets. The items in the store are quite pricey however, but because they are so unique and because this was one of the only stores in the entire complex that carried stuff that I hadn't already seen in its neighbouring stores, I found this store to be especially refreshing. The staff was friendly and accommodating without being overbearing. Overall, a very interesting store to peruse!

I LOVED Bondars and Home Evolution stores. But recently my one experience has changed my whole…read morerespect for these stores. They had some wall pictures that we looked at few times and were hoping to go onsale. Luckily last night we were on their website and found the same pictures (Org. $390-$450) for $114 & $119. today we went to the store but they did not honour that price; instead, we were offered 10%...Basically they told me to FxxxOxx, in a polite way. From there i went to Lazyboy and found the same picture and guess what: THEY GAVE ME THE PAINTING FOR THE SAME ADVERTISED PRICE. (As advertised on home-evolution website). My wife and I, and my mom, spent almost over 20K in these stores in the last 6 months and after hearing this coming from the manager/Owner's daughter that they would only give us 10%; I ONLY WOULD LIKE TO QUESTION THEIR COMPANY's INTEGRITY. Today, they might have saved 400-500 from 3 pictures, but i can assure you they have lost thousands of dollars from us. My one Message to them: YOU HONOUR WHAT YOU ADVERTISE, THATS I!!! My ratings have gone DOWN due to this.

She was attentive and all ears as I told her our beautiful Canadel table was still not closing properly. She gave me Ron the Warehouse Managers direct number which I called the next day. We talked and I sent him our receipts and photo of the Canadel sticker under the table. He sent Jee to our home and by yesterday it was fixed! Jee had to come back with another young man, so this was a two day adventure BTW. Thank you so much for taking such good care of us! As new owners, I feared you'd tell me sorry, but no, you did not. This table was bought Nov. 2019, and the previous owners sent someone out May 2022, leaving replacement rails in case what he did didn't fix it. Now hopefully it has been rectified properly. I will feel very comfortable shopping at Cricklewood in future, as they are amazing all around! Thank you so much!

calgarygiftshop.ca I…read morereally wanted to love this purchase. The seller was initially very responsive, and the piece was made quickly. I chose to pick up the item, but unfortunately, the quality did not meet expectations. There was visible glue on the flowers, torn paper, scratches on the glass, and the backing paper appeared to have been previously used. I support reuse and sustainability, but this should be clearly communicated and reflected in the price. It felt unfair to pay full price for an item that showed signs of reused and damaged materials. I reached out in good faith to clarify a pricing question and then to address the quality concerns. I also spent time trying to clean and improve the item myself. Unfortunately, we were unable to reach a reasonable resolution, and the communication became increasingly aggressive. I value handmade products and supporting small businesses, but I also expect transparency and a reasonable standard of quality. Sharing this so others can make an informed decision.
