I cannot say enough about how well my problem was addressed…read more 3 hrs after I made the first call, they had come to my house, removed an old problematic softener from Aqua Systems (whom I had called 12 times over 4 hrs earlier in the day and could not reach a person nor leave a message), and replaced that system with a new, much better, water softener. I recognize I likely caught them at an opportune time, however, my biggest issue was scheduling and I had the afternoon available. Not only were they helpful on the phone, with a person picking up after 2 rings, but a likely diagnosis via the phone met with my supposition as well, and Brandon came to my house within 30 min to make the in person assessment. They provided options which were in clear alignment with my research and understanding. And Austin and Brian were walking out the door, having installed a new 7 yr warranted system 3hrs after the first call. I spent more time trying to reach the installers of my previous system, and was unsuccessful, than I spent the entire time with Indy Soft Water. I highly recommend them all. I ran out of propane today. I know I should check the level of the tank periodically, but life…read morekept me from checking the tank. I called around noon. By this evening around 6:30 they were not here yet, I figured it was going to be a cold night. I headed off to the local big box store to pick up a couple space heaters figuring there was no way they would come after dark in the middle of a snow storm. I got home from the store and was pleasantly surprised they followed through with their promise to get to me tonight! Thank you for your service and reasonable price! If you need propane service, look at Limestone Energy. Friendly, excellent customer service!
