Had another incident with an unprofessional driver. Probably the same guy as the one I complained about before. Middle aged hispanic guy who is too lazy to bring packages up to our doorstep, so he THROWS the packages from outside our gate. Usually never succeeds in getting them more than 30 feet or so. I actually got into a shouting match with the guy the last time it happened. He drove off but not before he said "FU" to me! WTF kind of people are you hiring?? Well it happened again yesterday. The package recipient is an 82 yr old USAF veteran, by the way. We're encouraging everyone we know who shops online with Kohls, to encourage Kohls to end their partnership with OnTrac. this is my 2nd experience with OnTrac and it is as bad as the first. The only difference is they have not had the opportunity to lie to me yet because I was on hold for 45 mins and finally hung up. I live in a gated community and if they followed the instructions where you enter the security code they could have gotten in just fine. But they apparently they either can't read or can't comprehend what they do read. I will have to call again on the next business day, early, to ensure they have the gate code. I have already contacted the seller I am dealing with to give they my opinion of OnTrac. Ordered an item yesterday through Walmart. It was overnight - and their tracking indicated it would be delivered through On Trac (not a fan from past experience). I signed up for their delivery alerts through On Trac's website (text and email). This afternoon - although my apt. # was on Walmart's package - it was dropped off at an unoccupied apt., and brought to me by a nosey/nothing going on neighbor who should have never handled my package. Their GPS tracking system is inaccurate and their drivers can get an accurate GPS scan without being anywhere near the delivery address. On Trac is a horrible company to deal with. Their real name should be Off Trac! If you buy something from a seller tell them to please not use On Trac because they will mess it all up and you won't get your package. If you try to call customer service all they do is read scripted lines to your questions and say there is nothing they can do and deny all wrong doings. If you are missing a package they will back up their incompetent drivers and say- " Our gps shows our driver was there and delivered it." The problem with this scripted line is it's a lie. I have had issues with Ontrac in the past. Delivering to neighbors, delivering to businesses close by that "receive the same kind of parts"? It specifically says on my Amazon deliver to address "rear of condo over fence, FedEx, UPS and USPS all get it right, not Ontrac. Last week order was returned to seller because they said it was rejected and undeliverable what ever that means. I had Amazon check into it and the order made it to the local Ontrac hub but never went out for delivery, it was sent right back to the seller. I had told other sellers not to send via Ontrac. I absolutely detest this company! They are so off-track it's not even funny. I live out in the country & their drivers decide to get lazy and not deliver my package but tell Amazon that my package was delivered! Then it takes several days (once it took 2 weeks!) just to get them to actually deliver the package. I call customer service and time after time after time again I'm on hold for over 10 minutes before I can even speak to a human being. I almost want to cancel my Amazon prime account because they claim their sellers can choose any carrier they want and I cannot opt out of them using OT. I've had a driver show up in an old 70's beat up pick up truck looking scruffy, homeless and giving out a creeper vibe while home alone. This is not the type of delivery driver I'd like to see coming down my long driveway & show up to my door step! The shipping label was created and it sat there for 4 days finally when they attempted to deliver the driver didn't find our package room (easily located in the garage, where someone up front could have shown them). I saw it say 'will attempt to deliver tomorrow'. No no this morning I find out they IMMEDIATELY returned it to Victoria's Secret. I was completely shocked by this and was informed I was just unlucky in how the driver handled this delivery. Worst part is now that Victoria's Secret has the package I cannot get the original one and they are sold out of item I picked out. So no package but added unnecessary stress! My tracking has been in "out for delivery" status all day. Then, at 10:36PM, I refreshed the screen, and suddenly it says "Delivered" at 4:55PM. However, my package is nowhere. No one rang my doorbell at 4:55PM. I have looked around my ENTIRE property, and there is no package. WHERE WAS IT DELIVERED? This happens all the time. The company I purchased them from used ontrac to deliver the product. The package made it to Phoenix, was scanned in twice on the 9/17 once at 645 am and then again on 649 am. Why the two separate scans? I don't know, but it proves to me my sh!t made it to their location in Phoenix before mysteriously disappearing. From there all the confusion on my package begins and the excuse start to pile up. I had a commitment date on 9/19 by end of day. When that passed I waited until the end of day on 9/20 before reaching out to these f@cks. Not one time did anyone reach out to me to tell me that there was an issue with my package and they were looking for it in their facility, but that's what I was told when I reached out to them. I have been in touch with their customer service department several times now and I must say they are really nice and try to be helpful but they are at a call center somewhere else and are instructed not connect you to the facility you are having issues with. Stating that they do not know or have the numbers but just have buttons they push to connect to each center. That sh!t ia crazy to me, so basically they are just as blind as you are and have take the word of a person on the other line that really doesn't give 2 f@cks becuz it not their sh!t. So really it is pointless to call the 800-334-5000 cuz all they can do for you is tell you how truly sorry they are and just have the company that shipped you the stuff to resend and make a claim with ontrac. And really its not their fault becuz that's what they are trained to say and do but they get all the aggression and frustration from the public becuz these b!t@h#$ on the corporate side will not list any of they're numbers or emails address so you can contact them directly with an issue becuz again they don't care. So to you ladies I spoke with on 9/21 I apology to you , but I was pissed off and still am pissed about the whole situation. So this morning I get a call at 630 am with a message basically saying that the package is missing (well no sh!t) and that I needed to call the sender so they can make a claim. How hard is it to backtrack your logs see who worked that day and where everyone dropped off call those locations to see if something was dropped off accidentally to another business, but even then there would have been an end scan with a signature. Better yet look to see who the f@ck was working my area and start with them until you get your answer. I have dealt with all kinds of courier services UPS, FEDEX, DHL, and so on at work and personally and by far you guys are the worst. Not becuz you lost, misplace, are let someone steal the package, just becuz of the way everything was handled after that. With no since of urgency or real care. Not everyone has the money or time to sit back and just replace all the sh!t you guys lose, but that seems to be the solution I keep getting from your reps. I think giving good reviews is important, and unfortunately this will not be one. I am so disappointed in this company. My teenage daughter has to dispute getting her money back from the bank because the OnTrac driver said her large Tilly's order was delivered to our front door and indeed it was not. I was even home on 7/19/2021 when it was texted & reported delivered and immediately went to retrieve. When I couldn't find, and had asked all neighbors, I contacted both Tilly's & OnTrac within a few hours on same day. Between 10 days of daily contact time (today 07/29/2021) and taking all the right steps with OnTrac and Tilly's it was decided that the OnTrac driver did deliver to correct address?? I'm disappointed because driver is wrong, did not deliver to correct address, and is being dishonest. And where is our package?? The money sure was taken from the bank the next day. This company is an absolute joke. I had a package expedited to my home and was scheduled to be delivered on Tuesday, October 1 2019. It never arrived. I waited at home all day there was not an attempt made to drop off my package. The next morning I called their customer service line around 9am requesting an ETA and explanation as to why the package was not delivered given that the tracking stated out for delivery since 10am on the 1st. Anyhow, I was told that I would receive a call from the driver later today when they were about to deliver. I trusted them and waited. At 4:30pm I began to worry. I needed this package before my flight the following day so I called again just to follow up. I was told that the issue will be expedited and as soon as they locate the driver they would provide an ETA. The sun began to go down so I decided to call once more. At this point I am upset. I explained to the rep how I have been waiting for my package for the past two days and an ETA since 10am this morning. He said the same thing as the previous reps. I decided to check the tracking to see if an update had been made. Low and behold the driver returned my package to the facility at 7:55pm. No attempt to deliver over 2 days. Now I am furious. I called back once more at 8:30pm to let the company know what the tracking currently said. Zero help other than a bunch of I don't know and I'm sorry. They clearly do not have a system in place to ensure that people's orders are "on trac". They could not locate the driver over 12 hours. They advised me to wait when instead they could have explained to me that the package could be held and I could pick it up in Sacramento. Now it is 9pm and I have a flight to catch at 6 without the items I ordered for a week long trip. Their response. We will call you and let you know when you can pick up the package. On Trac LOST my $100+ shipment of prescription dog food. Due to food allergies, my dog is not suppose to eat any other food. I live in Scotttsdale. Their tracking said the shipment was picked up in Goodyear (about 25 miles away) Feb 9 8:47 am, and again Feb 10 6:18 am. It listed as in transit Feb 10, 11, 12, 13, 14. I called, and an agent said she would check and get back to me. Didn't happen. Finally, Chewy had to reship the dog food. I could have ridden a bicycle to pick it up in less time. When I called to track it because it never arrived, I was told my package was accidentally sent to Nevada, from Nevada it was accidentally sent too California. Look, this company has so many bad reviews because 90% of their deliveries are a day or two late. Amazon guarantees 2 day delivery for Prime items so to get around that, this company marks packages as delivered and then they deliver them a day or two later. When you call, they repeatedly use the excuse that the driver somehow left the package on the truck. You mean van? They drive 15 passenger style work vans. I've had 5 packages delivered late over the last 2 years and it has gotten so bad that Amazon will now blacklist them from your account if you ask. Amazon also gave me a $50 gift card for the screw up that Off Trac made. The customer service people were polite and did what they could but management and the company CEO need to know how terrible their service is. OnTrac is notoriously the worst shipping service you can ever use. Personally, they have never delivered a package to me on time. However, because of this every single item they have failed to deliver my packages on time (which is each time I have used them) I have gotten everything for free. If you order from Amazon, they will give you the option to get "same day" or "next day" deliveries... If you contact Amazon the same day you are supposed to get the delivery letting them know your package never arrived you will get everything you paid refunded (Amazon calls it 'lost in transit'. In conclusion, even though OnTrac is the worst service you can ever use and this company should not be trusted if you actually need your delivery - you can get everything you purchased refunded and eventually OnTrac will make their way late to your house with your item (therefor it's free). read more
