I told him I only needed to print a single shipping label and he was happy to do the job despite how small it was. Exceptional customer service from Joey!…read more Tonight around 7:00 PM, my husband and I had to rush to the FedEx Office off Central and the 60 Freeway because our home computer was down and we had an urgent, last-minute contract that absolutely needed to be printed and sent out tonight. I was already incredibly stressed and frustrated after dealing with this paperwork all day. We tried using the self-help computers, but they weren't cooperating with our information. I went to the front desk, and the young lady working there was very professional. She handed me a card and guided me to email the documents over to get a release code. Unfortunately, when the email response came through, it gave us an error saying it was unable to view the file. At that point, my husband and I--being seasoned seniors who were clean out of patience--got deeply irritated and were ready to just walk out. As we were walking away in frustration, the Manager, Joey, noticed our distress and immediately stopped us to see how she could help. She kindly explained the company's security policies regarding why the file didn't automatically load, which made total sense once she put it into perspective. Joey then patiently walked us through the entire process step-by-step until we successfully received and printed our documents. Joey's outstanding customer service completely de-escalated our emotions and saved our night. A huge thank you to Joey for her wonderful attitude, and to the polite young lady who first assisted us.
