****COVID SPECIFIC REVIEW****…read more It's common knowledge that CVS is more of a rip-off than an Italian street vendor in a tourist town. Unless you're on deaths doorstep or have amazing coupons, you will want to go to target for your bandaids, cards, personal care products etc. With that being said, I recently had the (pleasure) of a (possible) exposure and figured a COVID test wouldn't be a terrible idea. The appointment process online was just as painless as the procedure. Sign up was easy, times were limited but I wasn't in a huge rush. The site is completely drive up and self administered so I wasn't skeeved by others. There was only a 35 minute-ish wait on the drive through line. The woman working the window was informative, polite and walked me through the process. I was glad I just had to swab and not poke my brain through my nose. Honestly, it could have been worse. Don't want to (have) to return again but would due to how easy the process was!

The other 2 kept say thing they were closed & no registers has they had already closed them. I said that closing was marked as 9pm on all platforms. I was 2 mins to 9 so they should still be open. They stuck to being closed and refused me my script. I have worked several retail jobs and closing time is as posted. Not 5 mins prior to get out at 9 inconveniencing clients who really tried to make it and still managed to just make it before the "9pm" closing. Changing scripts to another location.

During the pandemic Lakeview Pharmacy was invaluable in getting masks at good prices,that weren't fakes. They provided information on how and what needed cleaning. They knew what soap is and got a substitute for the one Lysol that kills COVID-19. It is like a European pharmacy that is on your block so they know what food you eat, antacid you use, that your skin itches in winter or summer. For me Lakeview is my first stop before my Primary. Dr Darlene knows I like sugar free jelly beans and they stock awesome candy too. When you are sick and can't get out delivery males so much sense. They will deliver anything but that's gotten me through rough patches. Your dream little pharmacy exists and is Lakeview Pharmacy.

No one answers the pharmacy phone. I was on hold 30 minutes about 2 weeks ago and no one ever answered the phone and then again today but I hung up after 6 minutes. I called and spoke to the manager on duty who had no apologies or any solution other than transferring my call to the pharmacy. I requested she tell the pharmacy she was transferring the call so they would pick up but she couldn't do that either. It also sounded like she was taking care of other customers while on the phone with me. Totally unprofessional. I understand that the pharmacy employees are always busy but the store should either add an employee to handle the calls or put an automated message that states they don't take phone calls. Additionally, I've made several requests to stop auto filling our prescriptions, but they still keep doing it. Someone needs to manage this store!

At 6:15 this morning I needed to make a quick trip to CVS for cold medicine. I was greeted at the…read moredoor by two store employees upon entrance. There were other employees at the pharmacy counter. All had an unobstructed view of what I was doing and I appeared to be the only customer in the store. Yet when I pressed the button for assistance and patiently waited, no one came to assist. I pressed the button a second time, no one came. Rather than pressing a third time I asked the employees at the pharmacy counter. They were able to call someone....who called someone....to get the guy that greeted me at the front door to open the display. Especially annoying at this hour of the morning in an empty store. While they put so much effort into loss prevention they should also consider customer service for the paying customer.

Now not is OnPoint Roslyn having difficulty getting a different med in stock, they keep saying they will deliver on a specific day and do not follow through, and then I am the one who has to make a phone call to follow up. I just called to cancel my order, explained patiently all the problems I have had, and not a mutter of an apology. DONE with OnPoint. (Also: note that all but one of the good reviews on Yelp are prior to when OnPoint took over in September of 2022.) Don't mess with people's health.

My husband has been going to this pharmacy for a decade and has always been happy UNTIL TODAY. He…read morehad a very difficult surgery yesterday and was given too little pain medication at too small a dose. We called the doctor this morning to get some relief for pain management and they agreed to send a second prescription so he could get through the worst of it. When I walked in to the pharmacy to pick his prescription up this afternoon, the pharmacist (a man with close cropped hair) was complaining to the staff, and for all to customers to hear, about a woman patient he had been on the phone with. He basically described her as stupid and annoying for asking questions about her prescription. "I can't deal with her anymore," he said. He then turned to me and said that he would not fill my husband's prescription because it was "too soon." I explained the situation, and how we had talked to the doctor this morning and they had agreed and sent the second prescription, based on my husband's pain levels. He cut me off and said again that he would not fill the scrip. I asked him to please call the doctor and he refused that too, saying that he had already spoken with some receptionist in the doctor's office and that he didn't need to call and speak with the doctor--that it was "your fault for not following the doctor's orders and taking too many pain pills." It's important to note that I even though I was upset and concerned about my husband, I did not treat the pharmacist or his staff with disrespect, even as they were nasty, mean, condescending and accusatory to me. Cutting to the chase, the pharmacist and the female cashier there were so nasty that I had to leave and drag my husband, whose stomach was cut open in three places yesterday and in tremendous pain, out of his sick bed to come in. They refused him as well, and basically tried to make him feel like he had done something wrong and was trying to illegitimately "score" drugs (even though the DOCTOR wrote a second prescription and sent it to the pharmacy!). To top it all off, they then told him that they had decided to not fill the prescription at all because the pharmacist didn't like my personality.
