This store is okay but an employee name Ajay is by far the best employee at CVS! He's always so respectful, charming, and professional. Even when I joke around or flirt a little, he handles it with such professionalism and keeps the focus on customer service. He really makes the shopping experience pleasant every time I visit. Worst pharmacy on the planet. Won't refill your meds and they don't answer the phones there. However, their automated system will call you 10000 times a day. But if you block it, you won't receive important calls about your prescription either. read more

This store is disgusting as well as the other CVS on Peninsula Boulevard. there was a woman was there two teenage daughters walking in and out of CVS without wearing a mask and gloves so as soon as I saw them I didn't get out of the car I made a U-turn and I left. It's just too corporate. Every month i have to deal with prescription and billing problems!! We are only there because of insurance. I wish we could support the local pharmacy which is so much better but aetna has unfortunately partnered with cvs. read more

Pharmacy here is very helpful. They double and triple check drug interactions & clearly explain any special requirements for kids prescriptions. Prices are reasonable and the staff for the most part is very nice. read more

I had to call the pharmacy about a prescription the automated system claimed was filled and picked up but I hadn't picked it up. I couldn't get through on the phone. No one answers the pharmacy phone. I was on hold 30 minutes about 2 weeks ago and no one ever answered the phone and then again today but I hung up after 6 minutes. I called and spoke to the manager on duty who had no apologies or any solution other than transferring my call to the pharmacy. I requested she tell the pharmacy she was transferring the call so they would pick up but she couldn't do that either. It also sounded like she was taking care of other customers while on the phone with me. Totally unprofessional. I understand that the pharmacy employees are always busy but the store should either add an employee to handle the calls or put an automated message that states they don't take phone calls. Additionally, I've made several requests to stop auto filling our prescriptions, but they still keep doing it. Someone needs to manage this store! read more

Waited for 25 minutes while the polite young cashier was trying to get his manager, George off of a phone call. Whilst 3 other customers waiting for just a swipe of a card.. Granted we all have our job duties, but for 530 on a Wednesday I would think those duties would include ensuring greats customer service. Extremely disappointed in management. read more
