I get there are shortages BUT tell the client who needs the medication. I am not talking about a Tylenol. This is blood thinners, blood pressure meds, water pills, pain medication. REQUIRED meds not just for a toothache. I AM TIRED of asking the pharmacy in Bayside and Floral Park to please just tell me sooner rather than later that you cannot get the med that is needed. If you do I go to another pharmacy for that one medication. Because of constant disregard you now lose all of my business and all of my family's business.

I support neighborhood small businesses, the staff behind the counter is always polite, friendly and very helpful but the pharmacy seems to be getting worse. Had a medication delivery and left on my porch that I didn't know about or request. Multiple times been shorted on pills dispensed, signed me up for auto-refill I didn't request, never have medications on hand take long to fill script and always making excuses that they had to get from their sister store, lied saying that one particular RX medication can be obtained OTC and they didn't have it try Rite-Aid or CVS, turns out it's by RX only. I will be making a complaint to the state since they don't know what they're doing. Sad that I have to find new pharmacy.

The layout has me searching the aisles in vain "where's the soap?" A question I heard from a fellow shopper today....a question I asked a few times ago as well. (It's the very first aisle, never where I would look because that's also cosmetics) They have Benefiber but not the bars, Advil but not the gel kind, I've been looking for Aquafresh in the stand up tube does that even exist anymore? Every CVS is different, in every way. Even prices. I paid $5.69 for bleach and it's not even brand name. It Is conveniently located, king Kullen in the same parking lot and gas station across the street. The staff are very pleasant, always.

However, when I arrive at CVS, the prescriptions are still not ready, and I'm asked to wait another 20 minutes... It seems like several people are working there, but without clear order or structure, I genuinely dread the days I need to go & pick up medications. Additionally, when calling the pharmacy, most of the time, no one answers. They seem to be constantly backed up, and the automated system frequently directs me to call back later or leave a voicemail... Overall, the service feels truly unprofessional.

(Kinda bummy, urban wear, sweats and and beanie), I said hello! He looked at me with a very blank confused stare. I asked him where the get well cards were and he directed me. Upon going to the register, I asked for two get well soon balloons. Two staff members worked hard to try to find them for me. They looked through all of the boxes to no avail. They found a pack of regular balloons in a quantity of 15 and asked if I wanted to do the plain ones instead. I agreed. I asked how much and they said it's $5 to blow up each of the graphic ones. I said but these are plain, they usually are sold and blown up by the dozen or half dozen. The staff agreed and had to get the manager to approve. Once Jason Lambert came over, he was looking at me crazy and told me I had to get all 15 in the pack behind their counter or take one of the ones on display in the store. I had no choice but to have one of the deflated ones re-inflated. I feel like im the customer and what would've been wrong in just giving me 1/2 a dozen of the balloons from the litter instead of making no sale at all. He was kinda pretentious and condescending, never coming here again. Felt personal. Does everyone have to have all 15 inflated from the pickings behind the counter or just someone like...me? I'd understand if it was a pack of balloons In the aisle, but this was behind the counter in the pickings for inflation. Weird. Won't be back

They need to get the appt schedule together. I'll go somewhere else. It's no wonder they are having problems.

It says I see you and you are important to our business. When it was my turn, I asked for a bottom f is r the to walking cane. She took me over and FITTED the cane for the correct size. She displayed a great quality of patience and customer service. Here the kicker, after the sale was completed, the cashier asked if I needed a pharmacy for my prescription.
