However, I am forced to use another location due to the lack of parking. I can no longer utilize the parking lot due to people using the lot to frequent 32 North restaurant next door. It's apparent that CVS is aware of the parking lot issue because there are signs that read illegally parked cars will be towed. When will CVS actually enforce their parking rules? Customers should not have to drive around or be forced to pick up prescriptions before 11:00 am due to the lack of parking. It is now 2:00 in the afternoon and there is absolutely no parking again.

I came back in 45 mins and was told by his much friendlier co-worker that it would be another 15 minutes. I asked if that's true because I at this point my skepticism kicked in. I told her the time frame already given to me by box braids. 3 minutes later my prescription was ready and box braids not only did not apologize for the daily but didn't respond when I acted cordially by saying "Thank you". He chose to look at me with an attitude. Sad that this is the world we live in now. Not taking accountability is the new standard. SHOUT OUT to the young girl with dark hair for picking up the slack!

When they changed owmership a few years ago we were worried the great customer service might change but they continued the committment to the community and to affordable and quality products. From the front staff to the pharmacists, they treat everyone with respect and take their time to help you find what you need or they'll order it for you. My wife and I both got our booster shots and flu vaccines there and they were great about the whole process. It's a small pharmacy but they do their very best to make you feel welcome and address your needs. And a shout out to Tarmati for always being so kind and helpful whenever we come in.
