Another key thing at this location is that they carry kombucha on tap! For you to refill your growlers! Definitely something you don't find everywhere. If you didn't know also, they price match items for you as long as you show proof. Positive experiences and highly recommended to visit!

It state Mon to Fri 9:00 to 9:00. No where does it mention Nov. 3rd special hour. I found out upon arriving at the store. The pathetic think was there were 2 employees working insides nevertheless. What is the point of opening late if you have employees working at least since 9:30 AM for I arrived around 10:00. Doesn't make sense. I immediately called customer service to cancel my order and had them ship to me with free shipping. If they can't be flexible so can't I. With the pandemic I planned all my errands stops once a week. I don't have time to make a 2nd trip, especially when they could have hand me the order. CS said the hours are in banners on the website. Do you expect people to check on you site daily!?!? I noticed you have the special hour on Yelp now. But what customer check is their READY FOR PICK UP email not Yelp. Well, I do now. My order was less than $20.00. Due to their inflexibility of not handing the order, which was ready for pick up, Vitamin Shoppe have to pay for the shipping and all the credit card fees. Note the order need to be cancel and reorder, meaning 3 transaction fees. On the email the hours are Mon to Fri 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. No where on the email does it state election day special hours. But on Yelp the hours are 9:30 to 9:00. Can you guys made up your mind?!?! As a customer it is very confusing. Which one should I follow. I usually take the confirmation email word instead of a third party source as Yelp. It seem that Yelp is more trustworthy than your internal email. At least Yelp has the special Election days hours. But shouldn't it be the other way around? Kudos to the management. Keep up the good work and patrons don't need the brick and mortar store anymore.

I like vitamin shoppe when compared to GNC and they have good deals during the major holiday times…read more During their president day sale I ordered 2 boxes of protein online to be picked up for curbside pickup at this location. Buying online was an easy experience but the store is not professional. I called the store to confirm my pickup and the manager informed me that they won't honor curbside pickup if it's busy as only 2 people working. Mind you this location is not busy to the point where someone cannot come outside to honor curbside pickup. It's a small store and literally the parking is in front of the entrance. They should be more clear on their website when ordering that curbside pickup is at the discretion of the store instead of giving customers false information. I walked inside to pick up my order and the young guy working at the store was polite but the manager wasn't nice. I was curious wanted to know if the same discounts as the website are applied in the store as well but the associate told me it's up to the manager to honor it or not!!!

The woman working the return area around 5:00 PM had to be one of the rudest, most condescending people I've ever dealt with. I was with a special-needs individual who needs to hold onto the cart for safety. The return area was completely empty -- nobody else was there -- so we brought the cart in. She immediately told me she would not help me until I removed the cart. He didn't understand what was happening, so I had to move the cart back outside, hope nobody took it, and bring him back in just to finish the return. When we were done, I placed the small return box into the trash myself -- I didn't ask her for anything -- and she snapped that she's "not a recycler" and I needed to take it with me. I fully understand and respect store rules, but there is absolutely a proper way to communicate with customers. A customer eventually walked in behind me and looked shocked at how she was speaking, so clearly it wasn't just me who noticed. Even though it was inconvenient, we left and drove the 6 miles to Trader Joe's instead. If you live near this Whole Foods, I strongly suggest avoiding this location. Tight aisles are one thing -- rude and dismissive customer service is another. There are better options nearby and better places to drop off returns.
