How is that my wife and I had the exact opposite experience as all these people have had? Well, when the owners of said business decide to sell it two weeks after you enroll your prescriptions. So basically, you can pretty much disregard all of the reviews up until November 2025, as they were posted under Town Pharmacy's previous family-owned front. I don't know who these new guys are, but this place is as hot of a mess as it gets. Nobody currently working here seems to have any idea what they're doing. They consistently get confused. I've called three times asking to have the same two prescriptions refilled and delivered to my home. Each time, nothing was done. In one instance, someone answered and asked me to "Call my doctor to get the ball rolling" while he worked on getting my order. Uhh...isn't that what I just called YOU to do? The venerable icing on the cake was one morning when my wife called to order her insulin. She was told it would be delivered same-day. Gets a callback a little time later: "Sorry, it's too dark out. Someone will come tomorrow." It was 4pm. My wife and I were left speechless. Until, and IF, this place gets its act together, I'd avoid this pharmacy. Already, reluctantly, in the process of moving my scrips to Walgreens.

We pulled over and ran into this pharmacy and the worker (I wish I remembered his name) saved the day!!! We were close to ruining our travel plans (to a wedding) to possibly have to go to the ER to get this taken out. This guy was magical and got it out within like a minute. It was deep in there too. I am writing to formally report an extremely unprofessional interaction I had with the manager at…read moreyour store. I called the store because I wanted to ask what types of cannabis products the store currently carries. When the employee answered, I politely asked to speak with the manager. Instead of simply transferring me, the employee repeatedly questioned me about why I wanted to speak with the manager. I explained that I simply wanted to speak with the person in charge, yet I was still questioned and had to wait approximately 5-10 minutes before being connected. Once I was finally transferred to the manager, the interaction immediately felt unnecessarily hostile and confrontational. His tone and attitude toward me were disrespectful from the beginning of the conversation. I was calling as a potential customer with a simple question about the products the store sells, and there was no reason for the interaction to become confrontational. When I addressed his attitude and explained that I was simply trying to get information as a customer, rather than attempting to de-escalate the situation or professionally address my concern, the manager became even more upset. He ultimately told me, "We're not going to sell you anything" and stated that he did not like the way I was speaking to him. I found this interaction extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I understand that employees and managers have the right to refuse service in certain circumstances, but the way this situation was handled was completely unnecessary. I contacted the store intending to potentially make a purchase and simply wanted information about the products available. Instead, I was treated as though I had done something wrong simply for asking to speak with a manager and questioning the manager's attitude toward me. I am requesting that this incident be reviewed by the appropriate person in management or corporate leadership. I would also like the conduct of the manager and the employee who initially handled my call to be addressed appropriately. Customers should be able to contact a business, ask reasonable questions, and expect to be treated with basic professionalism and respect. Regardless of whether the manager agreed with me or liked the way I responded to his attitude, his position as a manager should require him to remain professional and de-escalate customer concerns rather than escalate them. I am not writing this complaint simply because I was refused service. I am writing because of the manner in which I was treated and because I believe the interaction fell far below the standard of customer service that should be expected from a manager representing your business. I would appreciate a response regarding how this complaint will be handled and whether the incident will be reviewed.
