How is that my wife and I had the exact opposite experience as all these people have had? Well, when the owners of said business decide to sell it two weeks after you enroll your prescriptions. So basically, you can pretty much disregard all of the reviews up until November 2025, as they were posted under Town Pharmacy's previous family-owned front. I don't know who these new guys are, but this place is as hot of a mess as it gets. Nobody currently working here seems to have any idea what they're doing. They consistently get confused. I've called three times asking to have the same two prescriptions refilled and delivered to my home. Each time, nothing was done. In one instance, someone answered and asked me to "Call my doctor to get the ball rolling" while he worked on getting my order. Uhh...isn't that what I just called YOU to do? The venerable icing on the cake was one morning when my wife called to order her insulin. She was told it would be delivered same-day. Gets a callback a little time later: "Sorry, it's too dark out. Someone will come tomorrow." It was 4pm. My wife and I were left speechless. Until, and IF, this place gets its act together, I'd avoid this pharmacy. Already, reluctantly, in the process of moving my scrips to Walgreens.

We were close to ruining our travel plans (to a wedding) to possibly have to go to the ER to get this taken out. This guy was magical and got it out within like a minute. It was deep in there too. My order was less than $20.00. Due to their inflexibility of not handing the order, which was ready for pick up, Vitamin Shoppe have to pay for the shipping and all the credit card fees. Note the order need to be cancel and reorder, meaning 3 transaction fees. On the email the hours are Mon to Fri 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. No where on the email does it state election day special hours. But on Yelp the hours are 9:30 to 9:00. Can you guys made up your mind?!?! As a customer it is very confusing. Which one should I follow. I usually take the confirmation email word instead of a third party source as Yelp. It seem that Yelp is more trustworthy than your internal email. At least Yelp has the special Election days hours. But shouldn't it be the other way around? Kudos to the management. Keep up the good work and patrons don't need the brick and mortar store anymore.
