I called Medi Source to find out what happened and they said they didn't have the insurance forms necessary, even though they had already been sent. I emailed Medi Source the insurance card and they emailed back to say they didn't accept that insurance. I emailed to ask if they accepted Medicare, as most if not all reasonable equipment providers do, and they never responded. Unbelievable. Nearly 3 weeks wasted by one of the most inept companies I've ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs.

When they changed owmership a few years ago we were worried the great customer service might change but they continued the committment to the community and to affordable and quality products. From the front staff to the pharmacists, they treat everyone with respect and take their time to help you find what you need or they'll order it for you. My wife and I both got our booster shots and flu vaccines there and they were great about the whole process.
