We chose a used stairlift for my mom, who visits twice a year. The installation took 3 hours longer than was projected, but the workers did a thorough job, making sure the stair lift was properly cut and securely fitted. It's only been two days, but so far, my mom is happily using it. We are happy for the 2 years warranty on parts and labor. They scheduled with us with no wait time for the installation.
