We wanted to get a stairlift to help make it easier for our 90-year-old father to get to his 2nd floor bedroom. We "found" Next Level Accessibility on Yelp and were impressed by their glowing reviews. Our initial intent for scheduling an at-home meeting with them was just to gather information but Ira won us over with his professionalism, friendliness and patience. He listened to our concerns and invited us to his Long Island office so Dad could try out a demo floor model. This morning, Anthony & Mike arrived early for the installation and they were done in less than 2 hours. Both were very professional, friendly, worked quickly and cleaned up afterwards. Next Level Accessibility is committed to doing a great job. Not only that, they do it with cheer. When you ring them it's like calling family. They are detail oriented, set expectations with clear communication and gracious. Letting someone into your home can be a nerve wracking experience. Not with this team. My 86 year old Dad suffered a fall in the home, severely limiting his ability to climb stairs. Unfortunately for our family, Dad's bedroom and shower is on the second floor of the home. The VA in Northport generously approved a stair glide. Next Level Accessibility came out and carefully measured the stairs. Once the budget was approved they returned to measure using countless photos and digital doo hickies. When the manufacturing folks requested additional detail Next Level was over in a heartbeat. Their goal is to have a functional - exceptional - product for you as soon as possible. When the build was nearly done they did everything possible to have the stair glide installed before Thanksgiving. I really didn't see how this would be possible. But they did it. And we love them for it. My parents enjoyed their visits. It was like having a nephew over. If I didn't have a hole in my brain, I'd share their names. (Seriously, nice people here folks.) The one name I do remember is Ira. He showed up as a ball of energy the first day. I distinctly remember the visit. I was in such a sour mood contemplating the umpteen things needed on Dad's journey.
