I had some questions about Ensure Clear, Tranquility adult briefs, pureed foods and thickened liquids, and they were the only ones who were able to answer my questions for my family. There delivery was timely and they made it easy. They also care about my welfare as I live and work in a building and we got on the topic of evacuation.     I went to the website to order a product and a popup comes up on the lower left of the screen which…read moresays "Subscribe now and SAVE 6% OFF YOUR ORDER plus a 10% off Anniversary offer" I called the company after applying the code they had e-mailed me and it is only a 6% offer and she said I assumed that is what it says. I explained it says plus 10% off. She said that it refers too an anniversary an event like something that is in the future. I explained that this is not what it says and reiterated what it says and she once again stated "I am assuming that is what it says" yet it is clear as to what it says, if it was different then it would explain the terms of the offer more clearly which it does not. Again she said I am assuming this is what it says and it is not an additional 10% off this purchase but 10% off on the anniversary of this purchase, again it does not say this! If you look at the picture of the response to my review you can see that she refers to details as to the offer yet you can clearly see the offer and there are no additional details as she claims and this goes for the offer e-mail as well. Update: As you can see in the follow up response Barbara is clearly attempting to discredit me by saying I wanted an additional 16% off when she clearly had not understood all I wanted was the original 16% indicated in the popup on the website and provided below. Again the popup does not state any details as to the offer and only says Subscribe now and save 6% off your order plus a10% off anniversary offer. Generally on any website offer there is a link for offer details which this does not have so I ask you how are customers to know anything about receiving a code a year from their purchase if there is no details listed? As for my return shipping request, if for some reason the wrong item was shipped would you cover the delivery & return shipping? As for the product I was interested You have it for $57.5 and I had picked it up Omron's new 3 series unit at Walmart for $36.82
