I hit a pothole on the express way and was able to drive on run flat tire. Needed a local tire place open on Sunday morning. Call ALL PRO and got Julie at the front desk on the phone. She was very accommodating on the phone and said bring in car and we will find a tire so I could get home. She said be careful of run flat tire. The downside was when I got there there was no interaction by her as to what they were doing for me. I think a little more attention by her would be appropriate. A used tire was found and was installed by a professional for a reasonable cost. In the future I would definitely consider them for an estimate for new tires. John M. read more

Pro tip: watch the time! They charge an excessive $105 per hour for labor and not based on the actual time they are working on your car. It's based on the time the secretary writes that you came through the door, the time they assess the car, and the time "their program" tells them the job will take. Super inconvenient. They worked on my car for less than an hour but because the program said an hour and a half that's how much I was changed. Labor fee was almost as much as the price of parts read more

This place completely overprices and rips you off if you aren't a friend. The counter lady is very very rude and this is the epitome of what being treated based on your skin tone looks like. I have never had a place make me wish I never walked into their doors until I went here for the first and last time. Hi. I would like to respond to Toni D's comment about Julie at the front desk. I was actually there the day this woman was trying to get her tire. Julie did everything in her power to help find a tire for this lady. She told her that there was only one warehouse open on a Sunday and told her that she could only get her a regular tire or a used tire but this woman insisted on getting a run flat tire which Julie said was not possible. Julie showed every type of concern including not only suggesting calling a cab to get to her to her event in time but actually going out of her way to get her number out of the garbage pail to check back up on her after she had left. She tried calling twice later on because she was worried about what happened to her. I'm a regular customer and Julie has been nothing but fabulous to all the customers and for that lady to portray her in such a bad light is a complete injustice. I personally know customers to go out of their way to bring their cars in when Julie is working so I give no credence to this woman. read more

Our whole family has been going to All Pro Tire for years now and their service is excellent. Should there be a problem with any work done (very, very rarely it happens) they do the right thing and take care of it. The owner is one of the nicest people I have ever known. He is honest and does the work that needs to be done, not like other repair shops I have used in the past that had me spend hundreds of dollars for things that weren't necessary.
