I waited an hour and a half got my car and saw that my inspection sticker was the same. within a minute of going back inside, the whole shop left so no one could help me get a sticker. the front desk guy told me to come back in the morning for my sticker i go in the next day and show larry my receipt and explain what happened, he said after looking at my car that i failed the inspection because of my tie rods i thought this was weird and it was weird no one told me i failed, i didnt get the paperwork saying i failed, and i was charged the full price of $37 so i went back inside and said a failed inspection should be $10 and you guys have to give me a paper that says i failed the inspection- bruno looks at my car and brings me back the official paper work saying i have suspension and frame issues, not tie rods?? and to top it all off now my car is making a weird ass noise. i honestly think they did something to my car because i was lied to and told the wrong thing 3 times- something is very fishy about this place i was in an accident and had my car fixed at a reputable body shop a month ago, i really doubt they would give me back a car that wouldnt pass an inspection i will update this after i get an inspection from a better place.

He was trying to sell me front tires and lucky for me they didn't have the same ones I currently have on my vehicle. The other garage said there was no issue with my tires. Not only that, he was bad mouthing Lexus of Smithtown where I get my car serviced regularly (he didn't know that I go there for service). Very unprofessional. For reference, I did not get his name because I was so disgusted but he wears glasses and has difficulty seeing things unless he holds it right up to his face.

Goodyear charged me for an axle, yet the part came in after the second visit and I only found out when they called me days later when they knew I took my car to a reputable mechanic. Struts only replaced not the hardware/assembly. Was told my brakes were metal to metal yet they passed inspection, by Goodyear 2 1/2 months before! Phone conversation Dave slips up about welding my car and would not finish the conversation.
