They have a "policy" not to admit if anything wrong is done to your car! I had a simple tire plug repair and the mechanic took it upon himself to open the sunroof which will now not close. They tried to say we brought the car in like that! Haven't opened that roof in 2 years!! Additionally, they left their greasy finger marks all over the inside of the car trying to close the sunroof. Now I have to take my car to a mechanic who knows what he is doing Do not take your car here!!
