They were very nice, squeezed me in right before closing. Honest and fast! Would recommend!

Had to go back to Goodyear twice, and my car was worse then when I originally brought it in. Goodyear does not put all the parts in your car, yet charges you for them. Goodyear charged me for an axle, yet the part came in after the second visit and I only found out when they called me days later when they knew I took my car to a reputable mechanic. Struts only replaced not the hardware/assembly. Was told my brakes were metal to metal yet they passed inspection, by Goodyear 2 1/2 months before! Phone conversation Dave slips up about welding my car and would not finish the conversation. read more

Terrible service. Asked for a tire patch 3 hours, later they charged me $60. Unbelievable!! They should be ashamed of themselves. Way to take advantage of their customers! read more

If you are looking for a sign to take your car here, where it is.... Went for a new tire and they broke two of my lug nuts, why did they let me know when the second one broke, did they have thought about sending me home with one broke but sadly broke the second one? Left my vehicle over night and was called the next morning regarding a damaged that passenger door was done when lifting the car and still had the audacity to ask me if that damaged was already on the vehicle.. they sent it to a body shop that later down the week I went without notifying them just to find out my vehicle wasn't there and that the repair was apparently done somewhere else that they never told me where my vehicle was located, they drove my car instead of using a tow truck.. once giving my vehicle back we noticed that the repair was poorly done and my finder is sticking out on one of the side and next morning a piece under my vehicle is sticking out.. they stolen items I had in my vehicle, A necklace that was dangling on the rearview mirror and a small wallet filled with change.. WHY WERE THEY LOOKING INSIDE MY COMPARTMENT!!! When I out of trust let the machine take my car to get it FIXED and to test their trust I left a dollar bill on the cup holder and behold it was MISSING as WELL!!! I WENT TO THEM FOR A TIER AND ENDED UP BEING CAR LESS FOR A FUCKING WEEK read more

LEE and the Goodyear Staff were incredible to work with on 7/6/25. After breaking down on the LIE and towing my car to them at 2:30pm on a Sunday on July 4th weekend, the staff there worked tirelessly to get my parts, installed and back on the road before closing time at 5pm. They truly saved our day as we were on our way to start a vacation. They made our week very special and my wife and I are truly indebted to them for their hard work that day. Thank you, Mike S. read more

BUYER BEWARE. Klis auto repair of 3040 Jericho tpke are very DISHONEST and SCAMMED us. We had our car towed there by AAA. They next morning Klis called us and stated over a telephone conversation estimate is $3,500.00. We knew this was too much and the rep admitted on the phone they have to put car on lift to look further. We asked how can you give estimate before looking. We told them DO NOT do any work we will be moving the car. When we arrived at klis they would NOT release car unless we paid $187 .00 for work done. Then they changed their story and said charge was for estimate. However, we DID NOT authorize estimate nor did they ever tell us they would charge for an estimate. They refused to give us keys. They said "we are done talking to you and you're not getting your keys ". They were rude and aggressive. They threatened to put a mechanic lien on the car, but a mechanics lien is only permitted after work is performed. They DID NOT do any work. I ended up having car fixed at an honest repair shop for $300.00. Please see all the other negative posts on here. They tow to their yard then scam you because they have possession of your vehicle. Do not use these SCAMMERS and LIARS. read more

Store and services hours are until till 7:30pm. I arrived at 6:05pm and wasn't told they can't do an inspection.

I don't go there anymore, but my daughter dropped the car off for alignment. They call her later- you need a new battery! We had to jumpstart the car!!! Twice!!! The car has less than 30k miles on it and is well cared for. The battery is about 4 years old, but Honda specs it at 6-10 years. I go over there to pick the car up and the guy now HAS TO give ME the same story. Tells me he's gonna have to jumpstart it for me if i want to leave, so i said fine. Just get it. What he didn't see was - I remotely started the car before i walked in. Comes back- says- "just watch that battery " and scurries away. Cashier does the paperwork and i leave. Just in case , I went straight to a place down the street to have them check the battery. The battery is fine... read more

Took defective tire there to get replaced on my new vehicle. They scratched my rim. Went back because I had a flat, they scratched a second rim. They attempted to get both rims fixed and the new wheels were spray painted, not professionally, but by a guy that helps them out, a different color. They sent the wheels out again, and did all 4 wheels this time. The wheels came back with blemishes, overspray, and all four of the inside of the wheels looked like someone dragged them across the concrete. Corporate advised to place a claim against this store, and is still in progress. I got a flat, took it in, manager said he refuses to touch my wheels now because everytime I come in, I have a problem. He says any goodyear I go to, will do the same thing and scratch my wheels because they have a touch-less system that isnt touchless and wil scratch the wheels. So rather than fix my tire, he insisted he refund me the tire protection plan, and I go to the dealer from now on. All I needed for them to do was fix my tires, and they cannot do so on aluminum rims without scratching them. So, if you care about your rims, and the rest of your vehicle, stay away from this store. read more

Took 1h 40 to patch a tire. What a joke. I have had this same repair performed 20-40+ times and never had to wait more than 20-40min, Don't go here. Go to Mavis or anything else in the area for this kind of repair. After posting this it appears that the owner saw and said "Thanks for the review" like it's my fault that his service is slow. He didn't charge me like it was out of spite, like thanks but I would of paid. He just handed me the key. I asked the guy at the front if it was going to take long and if so I don't care about going somewhere else. He asked in the back and I heard a tech in the back eagerly say yes. I had service calls to run and just needed the tire patched up quick. read more

Zero stars. I was warned not to go there but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Big mistake on my part. Waited an hour and a half to be told they couldn't fix my flat. Tire had a visible nail in it. They told me they don't "plug" tires, only "patch" them. Then they tried to sell sell me a new tire- a complete scam. Never again! read more

I've been coming here for a few years now for maintenance on my car, they always get me in and out quick even when I show up early, they never try to sell me on things I don't need but point out things I may want. I have a 2017 Durango about 8 months ago I changed the whole set of tires and when they sold me the tires they told me that it came with a special that if any of the tire was punctured they would fix it for free or that if the tire suffered some damage before 60 thousand miles they changed it. today I came because one of the tires I put in a very large screw and they were charging me if they fixed it and now they tell me that I need a new tire and they are charging me I am very angry because at the time they sell me the tires they lied to me and now that I have a problem they don't give me any solution just buy another tire read more

i unfortunately had to visit Good Year in Jericho 2 Mondays in a row, through no fault of theirs. New York and Pot holes! anyway Kevin from good year helped me so much and is super nice. the young man who checked me out was a very sweet man. They are the best!l Highly recommend read more

He gave me a verbal price for tires and when I asked him to put it in writing he said don't worry about it. It was an out the door price with tax and everything included. When I went to pay of course it was more and he said that they were state and local fees that he had to charge, don't trust the store. read more

Took my fleet car to Goodyear for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. When I went to leave I saw that they billed my company for an alignment and resurfacing all 4 rotors. I asked why they did that and Alex gave me a bunch of nonsense that it was required maintenance. The car only has 16,000 miles. I called the fleet company and they said that it was allowed because I told them hat the brakes were pulsating. I never told them that. I then took it to a reputable place who put it on a lift and showed me that the factory chalk marks were still intact which means the rotors were never removed. They also never rotated the tires. They are a bunch of liars and crooks; stay away! read more

One of the worst mechanics I've been to. Avoid at all cost. Once told me my inspection passed and to pick up my car. Came down and then told it did not pass and that I owed $400 for a tie rod which should have cost me maybe $150. Mind you this was before the pandemic. Thieves. read more

Not really sure what the point of having an appointment is if your only going to pick up 6 hours later.... I dropped my car off at 1 pm and had to call and ask what was going on at 530, they told me it was being brought in and would be done within the hour only to wait another 2 hours. I dropped the car off at 1 in the afternoon and it was ready to pick up at 730 at night. No communication from good year whatsoever. I will not be going back there. Very disappointing. I don't understand what they are doing there. read more

When my tire sensor light came on as I was about to leave LI NY for Philly, it was my luck to be 2 blocks from the Commack Goodyear store. They were very busy (not many places open the day after Christmas), but still managed to get someone to check the air in my tires, and discovered a nail in the rear tire causing a leak. They confirmed it could be repaired, and took care of it in a very timely manner to get me back on the road. Everyone I came in contact with was professional and courteous, and provided outstanding customer service. This goes for others too, as I waited for my car, and witnessed many others receiving outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this auto service center! read more

***went to your establishment after the last time we had a problem and it had to be taken care of by the manager** we figured we would give you another try. We blew out our tire and we tried to have it taken care of. We put the spare on the car and headed over to you and of course the same person was there from the last time and he tells us "we can't do a tire on your car today" in a "are you stupid" way - not in a sorry we don't have time today way. Apparently good year doesn't have time for a small jobs like changing a tire. My mistake for trying you again - we went to someone else on Jericho and they were busy but made sure they had time to help us. read more

I went here because my tire pressure light went on and they were local to where I was that morning...2 hours later they come out and tell me I have a slew of issues I need to get fixed costing up to $2000. I felt so frustrated because this wasn't the first time I've had a place tell me I need to get a bunch of work done when in reality my car has 160,000 miles on it and is 11 years old. The only thing I got done that day was replaced a tire because they said it was balding and it was plugged up before. After getting a second opinion with my regular mechanic he told me that most of the things they listed are to just get my money, some of them were complete bs. One example is they said I have a leak in my transmission which my mechanic said wasn't true. On top of that they said I needed an oil change and was overdo meanwhile I already knew that I still had 600 miles left before I needed to do that and put them in their place on that immediately. As a woman I'm so genuinely frustrated by getting scammed for not knowing enough about cars. Thankfully I have a very trustworthy mechanic who I go out of my way for because he's amazing, unfortunately he wasn't local in the moment and I was nervous I may get a flat so I didn't want to take my chances. But I really wish I went out of my way to check reviews because after seeing the reviews after my experience it made so much sense. On top of that when I finally did get back my car the glove box was disconnected and left on the floor of my car. Why do they think this is the appropriate way to give back someone's car? I had to go back in after that whole ordeal and ask them to fix it. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because the gentleman at the front desk was very nice but the mechanic(s) who handled my car are idiots and should not be handling cars. DO NOT GO HERE. read more
