I have an old 2002 Civic and these things need their timing belts replaced every 100,000 miles (or so I'm told), and that's about where she was when I bought it. Shouldn't cost much more than 500$ (again, so I'm told). So I checked this place out. The guy who runs the place, Danny, told me he'd have it done by the next day and he certainly did. Turns out my engine had all sorts of other problems that he fixed while he was under the hood. My gut reaction was "Here we go." but things were not what they seemed. The overall price after labor and all of the other fixes he provided was, as I was told, not much higher than 500$. I've since heard even more good things about this place and I can say I'm a believer. This will be my go-to place from now on.

There was absolutely no sales double talk, she was consistent throughout the entire buying process, and it was a same day purchase. She had everything moving rapidly, she worked very hard to earn these 5 stars, for sure. To finalize our deal, she called on her manager Brandon. Now there's quite a gentleman. There was none of that "where would you like to be at monthly", or "what works best for you?". There was no script. He did something most managers in dealerships never do, he listened to us, and just a few minutes later, we made a deal. Shocking, I know. This dealership has a great model, a model that other dealerships could learn a lot from and most especially, treating clients with concern, and respect and giving them 100% of their attention when they are speaking with you. At the end it was time to meet the "devil", the finance manager! Well, once again, we were surprised. Kazim, like Brandon and Gabriella was friendly and got our paperwork done with no gimmicks, hidden fees, or any other games finance plays when you sit down. The process was seamless. Of course, he recommended something I would advise anyone to add to their purchase, and that's tire and wheel protection, unfortunately I declined because I hadn't used it on my last purchase, in hindsight, maybe I should have taken it. But again, there was no pressure sales from Kazim, no pushing, just good advice. Brought in my car to this shop because the brakes pedal felt spongy and soft. I had an extra set of…read morebrake pads in the trunk of my car in case they were needed. That was not the case. The pads they replaced DID NOT need to be replaced. The old pads were still almost new and I have the old pads to prove it. I did not instruct them to change any brake pads. I asked them to see why the brakes felt spongy and soft when applied. The Owner of this repair shop Dudley, completely disregarded the original problem and just slapped on the new brake pads and charged me. Now the brakes still have the original problem with a constant squealing now when the brakes are applied. When I questioned him he became defensive and basically did not want to deal with my car unless I spent more money to now replace all the brake rotors which is ridiculous. They now have created an added problem with this car. If he could not solve the original problem, all he had to do was call me and keep informed of the situation, not just go ahead on their own to charge me to replace something which they had no business replacing
