This gas/service station runs like a well oiled machine. Very organized, especially when things start getting busy. Prices are competitive and all pumps are full service by very, very nice attendants, which makes getting gas a pleasant experience. There is a full service station on site and are NYS inspection certified. A decent "quick mart" is also located on the premises. Definitely one of the better gas stations in the area. Highly recommend. read more

Hey Friends! Need Gas? Well Gasoline Heaven is just that. A pleasure to visit. You Don't have to pump yourself! The Price is on point with other stations, But the service is excellent! The professional team here is great at directing the many cars here. I been here a lot and usually pull right in. No wait. Lots of Canopy covered pumps and and courteous employees guiding you in as you pull up. I've always been treated well here. This place is a pleasure. First, full serve for basically the same price as every other self serve station in the area. Second, the attendants are very quick and pleasant. Third, the deli attachment is the best one I've seen at a gas station. It's large, clean, well stocked, and has pretty much anything you could need. Excellent place to do a fill-up. read more

Brought my car in for a NYS inspection. The mechanic was so nice. He got me in right away and there was a place to wait in the deli section of the station. I sat in the dining area and enjoyed my coffee. The mechanic came and found me to let me know it would be five more minutes, reviewed that my brakes needed replacement soon and quoted me a price but did not pressure me into getting them repaired. The station is conveniently located right off Jericho Tpke in Commack and offers full service gas fill up. read more

I've gone to this station in the past, never an issue. Yesterday the guy who pumped my gas was a thief. He blatantly tried to rip me off. I gave him $50, he only filled my tank $40 (I still had more than 1/4 tank until full). When I called him out, he acted very shady, then made a bs excuse and said I'll try to pump more but it's full. I'll never go back! read more

Great price on gas! But what you have to go through to get the gas it's not worth it. Customers are rude and obnoxious rushing you to get out of the parking lot after pumping gas you can't even put your seat belt on and there honking at you. It's very unorganized the workers are overwhelmed! Pumps are working they're not working! I think they need to hire more people I have the owner stand there and help them out! read more

Just went to this gas station for the LAST and final time. I don't like to post negative reviews, but I am just horrified by the attitude of this person. Yesterday was the second time I've experienced the same older man - working as a gas station attendant -who is extremely rude. I've had lovely experiences with the younger gentleman working the pumps, however this is my second time being talked down to by this older man. With all due respect, if you can't hear me, or I'm "too close to the pump" (because your big belly can't fit between my car and the pump) you can at least have the decency to speak to me like a human being. Being yelled at is no way to keep customers - especially when I started my conversation with a friendly "hi! How are you?" And got a nasty comment in return. After watching him be super friendly to the man waiting in the car behind me, his feelings were pretty clear. I won't be spending my money to support misogyny. There are plenty of other gas stations in Commack I can take my business to. read more

Really nice guys pumping gas, but make sure you go through the right way or else they get a little bit of an attitude. I get my gas there most days, the price is always competitive and the pumps are quick. They have enough guys there that you don't have to wait around after the pump stops for them to come disconnect you. I haven't brought my car for service, but am considering it. read more

Noticed my inspection expired, called at 12, fit me in at 2 for inspection and oil change, in and out in an hour. nice, honest people, clean place. Can't expect more unless they'd do it for free. read more

I've been taking my cars here for gasoline and service for many years. I fully agree with the other positive reviews here. Tim Massa helps me keep my cars running safely and efficiently without charging an arm and a leg or doing unnecessary service. I was especially impressed by the way they treated their customers during the Hurricane Sandy emergency. read more

The workers are very nice here. They did not raise the price during Sandy. Organized. Great coffee always fresh.

Stopped here on a very hot and humid day last week. While getting fuel the attendant told me that during the whole hot summer the owner never brought the guys out any water! That's pretty sad. He said they pay full price for any water they need even when working a long shift. read more

WATCH OUT!!! Bad for business. The sign gives an enticing price per gallon with a sign below, cash or debit same price, but the attendant doesn't offer the option for debit at the pump. You'll pay $.20 more per gallon. They are unapologetic and abruptly rude when questioned about this bad business practice. Go somewhere else! read more

Full Service staff is great, only been here a few times I usually use Hess, the last time i went there I got bad gas and it threw a check engine light. I ran it empty and filled it up Premium at another gas station and the code went away. First time in 80,000 miles I ever threw a code. Be Careful. read more

Guys pumping gas are great. Went for coffee while filling up and saw an old guy mixing pots together so I left.

I used to use this place for gas all the time but, when they started to charge 10 cents more per gallon for credit , I then got my gas from Hess. Today, after seeing the sign for cash or debit which I thought was cash or credit, I got a filllup. That was a mistake. I used a debit card and when the man asked me cash or credit, I said credit and was charged 15 cents more a gallon which game to an additional two dollars for the fill. I will never get gas there again. NEVER! read more

I've been going to GH for over 20 years and won't go anywhere else. Tim and his crew are good and honest people who offer exceptional service & advice. More than once I've been told not to continue fixing a car since it wouldn't be in my best interest. A few years back he insisted that I take my Civic back to the dealership even though it was out of warranty and it resulted in an $800 savings when Honda admitted it was a defect with the engine. That's incredibly rare in this day and age. There was even a time when they did something I didn't authorize and Tim refused to charge me for the repair. I could go to one of those chain gas stations like Speedway and save a penny or two a gallon once in a while but they fill the tank for you and we need places like GH in our community otherwise we'll all be at the mercy of the price-gouging dealerships (trust me, I worked at a car dealership service center for 18 months and it's all about taking the customer for a "ride"). read more
