When the bill arrived I tried to use the QR Code to pay the bill. After several attempts a screen popped up saying to call the toll free number. The reason for two stars instead of one is because the customer service representative Edrian was very nice. He took all the information and also had my information so I knew he was aware of my account invoice. Just as requested a email came verifying the invoice was paid. I may unsubscribe from emails. They want you to download the app and set up recurring payments. I sure hope I don't need anymore medical equipment of any kind!! If I do I'll have to use whatever company NYU Langone uses. They purchased the walker for me when I was hospitalized.
