I have never called to cancel and I am the only one of the visitors who have contacted the rude arrogant business owner. I was told my small rental was not worth his time and he didn't need my money. I am sad that this older man feels he has to put me in my place by calling me son and telling me to listen here. This is why we are in the downward spiral in this country. Rest assured I will take my business else where.

The kind gentleman was familiar with the concentrator and spent time over 2 phone calls helping me with operating options and suggestions should I need him for immediate delivery of a replacement. His rental charge also was considerably lower than the company I was dealing with. I will be using his company in the future.

NOTE: This review has been sitting for several years in drafts because I put it aside and forgot to…read morego back to it. They may have improved since then, however, just reading this again made me angry all over again so I may as well publish it. It says something when a person (me) would rather pay out of pocket for CPAP supplies than deal with it through an insurance company and (this) DME. "From the beginning of my time as a CPAP customer there it was one issue after another. First it was a hassle getting them to admit that, because they took months to submit to my insurance, they ended up charging me for a deductible that I no longer owed, and then getting that money back. It took multiple calls and emails before I finally received an abusive message for not being home when they finally called. Then it was the refusal to leave messages on my phone, so weeks would pass without me knowing why things weren't arriving or that anyone had questions for me. The fact that they were always obviously put out whenever I had a question. The fact that a representative from my insurance company (!) called to get a question answered and then told me "Wow, they really are unhelpful and not very nice. You know you can switch DMEs, right?" When someone from an INSURANCE company thinks a business is deliberately unhelpful that says a lot. The last straw was when, weeks after my doctor submitted a prescription for a new mask and I had never heard anything from them, I was told, "You weren't due yet. We're never going to call you to confirm when insurance won't pay. We don't have time." Then they shipped out my supplies...and got the order wrong. Because, as I thought, they never filed the correct prescription. More calls. More rudeness. I am so relieved my machine is paid off so I never have to deal with these terrible, unpleasant, unhelpful, dishonest and incompetent people ever again. Do NOT get tied up with them."

I asked one question about services they offered and she…read moreimmediately told me no one provides this and got annoyed before even asking for my DOB to verify that I was a previous customer. All in all, I probably need a new machine but I guess it won't be from them since I told her that if she didn't have interest in helping me then there was no point in moving forward and she legit said "okay, then" and hung up. The initial instructor I had, Anthony, was helpful and told me to call if I needed any help but if this is what happens the first time I call needing help with a question and the receptionist can't even connect me to someone who can help, I guess I'll be taking business elsewhere. I feel like a boomer writing this review, but whatever. If you like the instructor you have - get their direct contact info so you don't have to deal with rudeness and incompetence.

It's been a struggle to get medical supplies from this company. I changed insurance providers…read morerecently and my old provider was out of network. I was referred to Restoration Medical and it has been a fight to get the right medical supplies. My Insurance has told me on more than one occasion that I am entitled to at least two nasal pillow/cushions (see picture) every month, however according to Restoration Medical, I am not scheduled for replacements until every 6 months. It appears to me that they don't understand that though a nasal cushion is provided with the headgear assembly (see picture), you are entitled to replacement cushions every month. I've been back and forth between my insurer and Restoration Medical to no avail. I need my supplies and I have to switch to a provider who can manage my needs better.
