I came here to get a nebulizer for my son. It wasn't easy to find a place that takes my insurance. MD was fantastic!! They double checked with the insurance to find out what they would cover and what they wouldn't. They explained everything to me clearly about insurance, warranties, what prescriptions I need, machine operation and maintenance, and replacements. They definitely do a good business, so you may have to wait a bit, but I'm really glad I found them. My pharmacist recommended that I go there, and I'm glad he did. read more

The receptionist here is beyond rude. I asked one question about services they offered and she immediately told me no one provides this and got annoyed before even asking for my DOB to verify that I was a previous customer. All in all, I probably need a new machine but I guess it won't be from them since I told her that if she didn't have interest in helping me then there was no point in moving forward and she legit said "okay, then" and hung up. The initial instructor I had, Anthony, was helpful and told me to call if I needed any help but if this is what happens the first time I call needing help with a question and the receptionist can't even connect me to someone who can help, I guess I'll be taking business elsewhere. I feel like a boomer writing this review, but whatever. If you like the instructor you have - get their direct contact info so you don't have to deal with rudeness and incompetence. read more

Horrible company, poor customer service. Sold me a CPAP mask which marked up my face and had magnets which caused me pain in my mouth due to my dental implants. Owner Aaron refused to allow return and tried to blame manufacturer of mask. read more

I can't say enough about MD Respiratory Services and it's service. When I got my CPAP machine, Anthony, their respiratory therapist came to deliver it and explained everything to me in detail, helped me set up the APP on my phone and told me if I ever needed help, just call. I had bought a Sleep Apnea machine through this company and paid everything on time or up front. After paying hundreds of dollars in co-pays and then buying out the machine for over $300 in August of 2017. MD Respiratory starts to harass me for a $15.80 co-pay I am sure I paid back in August of 2017. Of course the person I was working with is now no longer in the company, so no straight answer was offered and they demand there $15.80. It just seems like a loosely run organization who enjoys harassing the little guy. Proceed with caution here and keep all your records and get everything in writing from these folks. after a sleep study at Christ hospital in 2019 I was assigned another respiratory Service and equipment supplier. the company was not local and consequently not convenient for supplies and particularly when my Phillips CPAP Machine was recalled. I contacted MD Respiratory Services and Anthony went out of his way to try to get a replacement although he was unsuccessful. I recently faced the recall and warning to discontinue use of my present cpap mask due to magnet closures which were considered to be potentially dangerous. After receiving a replacement mask which caused cuts and bruising on my face Dr. Zubair advised me to visit MD Respiratory for help. I have been without use of my machine for almost a month and after a call yesterday arrangements were made by MD Respiratory for me to have a new mask today. I would like to have all my respiratory needs transferred to MD Respiratory today and hopefully will be able to do so with Anthony when I pick up my new mask. I am forever greatful for the help I received each of the times I encountered problems that seemed impossible to solve and look forword to a long association with MD Respiratory. MD Respiratory Services has been my provider of CPAP equipment for the past 3 or so years and I've had nothing but excellent, personalized, and timely service from them. They are very knowledgeable and respond quickly to all phone calls, providing accurate information and fulfilling orders in a timely manner. I was thrilled with the quality of the service from MD service. They delivered me the sleep apnea CPAP machine to my house, set it up and showed me how to use it. When I had an issue with the mask, they overnight shipped me a new one. A few months later I had a problem with the machine, I brought it in and they replaced it in a few minutes and gave me all the refill supplies I needed while I was there. My husband got a CPAP machine from them. They said the machine was new but it's used/refurbished. The machine keeps breaking down! In the last two years he has had the machine it's had to be replaced at least three times. Now, the machine is acting up again and they REFUSE to do anything about it. The air pressure to way to strong and the mask won't stay on. They insisted he get another prescription from his doctor which is ridiculous because that has nothing to do with it but even still we had another script faxed over. They still wouldn't correct it or change the machine again even thou they said they could adjust it remotely. Nothing but the BIG run around and they always talk down to you and try to make you feel like it's all your fault! We are so upset- the machine is terrible and his sleep is suffering!! Very disappointed with the billing services though not with the CPAP machine itself which is working great. Seems they changed billing providers last year to a company called CareCentrix. All my payments were on time up to this point but I did not receive bills until I called to inquire what had happened. Next thing I know I get all the bills at once with threatening language that my account was to be sent to collections. In fact, my account was sent to collections and I received a letter for the collections agency with their usual threats. Called MD Respiratory to explain that case but they weren't too concerned, in fact they could care less. There are many reputable CPAP providers out there and my next machine is definitely not coming for this company. I would advise anyone looking for a CPAP machine to look elsewhere. read more

I've had a great experience with MD Respiratory Services. I was very hesitant to get a CPAP machine because I thought it would be uncomfortable, loud and interfere with my sleep. It's been the complete opposite. I got the Resmed Airsense 10 Auto CPAP and the Resmed P10 nasal pillow. It's so quiet and unobtrusive so it doesn't interfere with TV watching, sleep or rolling over multiple times. Now that I've started using the machine, I no longer feel exhausted during the day and my attention span and memory has come back to normal. I just wish I hadn't waited so long. I also got the SoClean machine which automatically cleans it everyday which is a huge time saver. Aaron was incredibly helpful during the whole purchasing process. He answered all my questions, dealt with the insurance company and showed me how to set up and use the equipment. He continues to be super responsive and always willing to help with any request or question that comes up. Anything I have needed to order such as filters etc... have come very quickly because he has everything in stock. I would recommend MD Respiratory to anyone. read more
