I originally ordered online from vista prints but the brochures for my company didn't make it in time. I went to Office Depot at 3:30pm the afternoon before I needed these brochures. Jessie in the printing center re-created my brochures and had them printed and ready to pick up by 4:45pm same day, only about an hour after I placed the order. She was amazing to work with, made it easy, and the brochures looked wonderful. I was so happy and relived, she saved the day. This was a very pleasant purchase, much like almost all of my experiences at the other store have been. The associate who helped me knew his laptops and they had the Lenovo. We talked about the two brands for a few minutes as he found the remaining unit in the store and then he checked me out. In the door at 9am, out the door at 9:08. Outstanding!

We printed maybe 6-8 sheet trying to get it to clear, but had no luck. Figured I just got a bad cart and they would simply replace it. When I got to the Spokane Valley store the guy at the counter was really nice until I told him what had happened and asked could he just swap it out. He weighed the cart and told me I was lying as the cartridge was lighter than it should have been so I clearly got some use out of it. He offered to give me a 50% discount on a new cart, which I felt was not acceptable. If the cart was lighter then it should have been it was that way when they sold it to me as I doubt printing 6-8 pages trying to get it to clear would use any measurable amount of toner. I told him he should make it right and he told me no. I told him Cartridge World would not be getting any more of my business and he shrugged his shoulders and said "Oh Well" Terrible products, and the worse customer service, from a very rude person.
