It's all trusted name brand furniture, in great shape and fits our needs perfectly. I will always go there first when looking for new office furniture items. I had already boughten a chair online and it arrive broken and I battled with the company for months to fix it and they never did. This store exceeded my expectations. Upon arrival they immediately greeted me and asked me what my budget was and only showed me chairs within by budget which I thought was great because usually sales people want you to exceed your budget. My chair is super comfy and I am looking forward to using it for my online schooling. Will definitely return to purchase another chair or office furniture when needed.

However, the 3rd Ave…read morestore did not have either the HP or the Lenovo I was interested in . . . and they referred me to this store. This was a very pleasant purchase, much like almost all of my experiences at the other store have been. The associate who helped me knew his laptops and they had the Lenovo. We talked about the two brands for a few minutes as he found the remaining unit in the store and then he checked me out. In the door at 9am, out the door at 9:08. Outstanding!

There's a huge parking lot and the store is pretty easy on/off from the freeway. If you don't want to spend any time in the store, you can always order online and then just zip into the pick spot to grab the item. Not quite curbside pick-up, but almost! And, they usually have in-stock items pulled within the hour. Definitely my go-to place for any large order copying too. Jae is super helpful and efficient!

Was sold a defective standing desk; told to call product support to obtain the correct parts…read more Spent 40 minutes on the phone, parts no longer made, and my credit card payment couldn't be refunded because someone had "deleted the transaction" out of the system. Returned the desk to the store, was told since the order had been cancelled a refund had probably already occurred and to check my statement. I drove home and did so--no refund. I took photos of the statement and returned to the store; clerk wanted a printed statement. She called the manager, who said to do a refund "without receipt," so the money finally went back on my card. The manager said, in a couple of weeks, if a second refund appeared on the card, to "let us know. You know, be that person," implying that I might be dishonest. Given all that had happened, I found that attitude offensive--I fully intended to notify them if a refund appeared. In short, this store sells defective products, expects the customer to do all the legwork to set the situation right, and is rude in addition. I won't shop here again and suggest others don't either.
