It's all trusted name brand furniture, in great shape and fits our needs perfectly. I will always go there first when looking for new office furniture items. Upon arrival they immediately greeted me and asked me what my budget was and only showed me chairs within by budget which I thought was great because usually sales people want you to exceed your budget. I originally ordered online from vista prints but the brochures for my company didn't make it in time. I went to Office Depot at 3:30pm the afternoon before I needed these brochures. Jessie in the printing center re-created my brochures and had them printed and ready to pick up by 4:45pm same day, only about an hour after I placed the order. She was amazing to work with, made it easy, and the brochures looked wonderful. I was so happy and relived, she saved the day. I will always go back to Office Depot for all my business printing needs. The rest of the employees were just as kind and helpful. I really can't express how grateful I am! We bought a black toner cart for our Canon laser as a spare for $118. Threw it in and it was…read moreprinting lines across the pages. We printed maybe 6-8 sheet trying to get it to clear, but had no luck. Figured I just got a bad cart and they would simply replace it. When I got to the Spokane Valley store the guy at the counter was really nice until I told him what had happened and asked could he just swap it out. He weighed the cart and told me I was lying as the cartridge was lighter than it should have been so I clearly got some use out of it. He offered to give me a 50% discount on a new cart, which I felt was not acceptable. If the cart was lighter then it should have been it was that way when they sold it to me as I doubt printing 6-8 pages trying to get it to clear would use any measurable amount of toner. I told him he should make it right and he told me no. I told him Cartridge World would not be getting any more of my business and he shrugged his shoulders and said "Oh Well" Terrible products, and the worse customer service, from a very rude person. Company does not stand behind product.
