Almost every time I have been in there, they have exactly what I am looking for and for a reasonable price. I most recently equipped a whole office with furniture from them (desk, chair, small file cabinet and side table) for what it would have cost to buy one new office chair from one of those chain office outlets. It's all trusted name brand furniture, in great shape and fits our needs perfectly. I will always go there first when looking for new office furniture items. In my opinion it is the best value in Spokane. PS. Talk to Joe!

I had already boughten a chair online and it arrive broken and I battled with the company for months to fix it and they never did. This store exceeded my expectations. Upon arrival they immediately greeted me and asked me what my budget was and only showed me chairs within by budget which I thought was great because usually sales people want you to exceed your budget. My chair is super comfy and I am looking forward to using it for my online schooling. Will definitely return to purchase another chair or office furniture when needed.

I've been in tech for decades, and I know service matters. Instead of shopping in stores and buying…read moreonline, I check online and buy locally, usually, to get service if there's a problem. OD is close and had a toner cartridge for a nice, online price. I went to the store and the cartridge was significantly more expensive. It'd probably be a wash when you add shipping for online, but they shouldn't be doing that. They have the store for a reason and it's cheaper to ship bulk. The sales people are always great at quickly matching the online price, but many folks might not realize to do that and it's also a way to kill the stores when people find out and get angry. The store prices should match the online price. Still, the store is handy and the people are always very helpful. It's the pricing that keeps it from a five-star review.

When I got to the Spokane Valley store the guy at the counter was really nice until I told him what had happened and asked could he just swap it out. He weighed the cart and told me I was lying as the cartridge was lighter than it should have been so I clearly got some use out of it. He offered to give me a 50% discount on a new cart, which I felt was not acceptable. If the cart was lighter then it should have been it was that way when they sold it to me as I doubt printing 6-8 pages trying to get it to clear would use any measurable amount of toner.
