I originally ordered online from vista prints but the brochures for my company didn't make it in time. I went to Office Depot at 3:30pm the afternoon before I needed these brochures. Jessie in the printing center re-created my brochures and had them printed and ready to pick up by 4:45pm same day, only about an hour after I placed the order. She was amazing to work with, made it easy, and the brochures looked wonderful. I was so happy and relived, she saved the day. I will always go back to Office Depot for all my business printing needs. The rest of the employees were just as kind and helpful. I really can't express how grateful I am! Was sold a defective standing desk; told to call product support to obtain the correct parts…read more Spent 40 minutes on the phone, parts no longer made, and my credit card payment couldn't be refunded because someone had "deleted the transaction" out of the system. Returned the desk to the store, was told since the order had been cancelled a refund had probably already occurred and to check my statement. I drove home and did so--no refund. I took photos of the statement and returned to the store; clerk wanted a printed statement. She called the manager, who said to do a refund "without receipt," so the money finally went back on my card. The manager said, in a couple of weeks, if a second refund appeared on the card, to "let us know. You know, be that person," implying that I might be dishonest. Given all that had happened, I found that attitude offensive--I fully intended to notify them if a refund appeared. In short, this store sells defective products, expects the customer to do all the legwork to set the situation right, and is rude in addition. I won't shop here again and suggest others don't either.

Well he came back with a bit better pricing but then changed previously negotiated terms in the T&C's by adding back in a doc fee, a removal fee and that prices may change in the course of our agreement term. I would hope that Bob finds a way to make this right and stick to his initial deal with me and still provides the pricing he negotiated. I will send an update when all is said and done.
