Bought the 1.75x9 modular suppressor weeks ago. Still haven't been able to shoot it. Not because of…read morethe product -- because of the company. The can uses a proprietary thread spec that doesn't fit any third-party muzzle device. You're locked into buying AA's own. Their dealers aren't told this, and they're also not told that the can ships with a 5/8x24 brake by default -- so if you're running a 1/2x28 host (most ARs, most pistol-caliber stuff), what comes in the box won't even thread on. You find that out after you've paid. And gone though NFA hassle. Their muzzle devices themselves aren't great, and they're constantly out of stock. No restock dates, no email alerts, no backorders. When I asked how to know when something's back, I was basically told to keep checking the website. Customer service is slow and short. A simple technical question took two weeks to get a one-line answer. When I followed up after silence, the reply included "you are not our only customer, please have patience." While I waited, the part I was ready to buy went out of stock. Wanted to support an US/Idaho company. But I regret the purchase.

These guys don't release SAR and handgun transfers after 10 business days elapse if no LE response…read moreFYI (Double Eagle, Precision Combat Arms, Sharp Shooting, NW Pawn & Collector Arms all do to my knowledge, go to one of those FFLs for a more expedient semi-auto transfer). I waited 29 calendar days to get my pistol from 3 Aces. I was told verbatim "we'll pass it on to you when law enforcement responds to the check, or in 10 business days, whichever comes first," when I paid my fee and signed my 4473. That was pretty untruthful lol. I used them for a gunbroker transfer, they didn't follow up with the county, they didn't update me at all until I called them 14 days in when I was told "we don't release guns after the 10 days, we wait until the check is approved." Oh really? Cool. A background check has 30 days for response before one must refile and restart the process, so I called on the 29th day to make sure they didn't already have it, they had gotten it back approved almost a week before and did not call me or leave a voicemail when they got it. When I retrieved my firearm, I was accused of not paying the transfer fee, I didn't ask for a receipt when I did pay it, and had to pull up a bank statement showing the charge on my phone before I could go. There are plenty of other shops in Spokane that will handle your expensive and time sensitive gun purchases with some degree of professionalism. I'd pass these guys up.

Looking forward to taking more classes to improve my skills and I know these guys can explain things in such a way that I can get there, or find me the right person to get the job done.

Upon receiving the items, I realized they were indeed factory blemished and confirmed them to be blemished with the actual factory directly. After contacting the store they said they will give me a refund, but I am still out of pocket a $150 for FFL transfer fees for receiving, shipping for receiving and FLL fees for returns and shipping for returns.. They were untruthful with the transaction and the last e-email communications went un-answered when prompting them to make it right.

They damaged and jammed the extractor pin by trying to hammer it through the wrong way, and never succeeded in replacing it. Now I'm out $175 and have to go shop around to see if my guns can be repaired.
