I asked him to move the recoil lug back (adult - youth length) he gave it back to me with an 1/8 in gap in the forend. Get this, I called him out on it and what did he say? "I should have never taken a job from you" and "It's a cheap gun it doesn't matter anyway". Also told me he wouldn't fix it. So I wasted a few hundred bucks. I asked about his "Masters in gunsmithing" he was bragging about and if he's proud to hand this quality of work to a customer. This is my second post ever on this site and this is the absolute worst customer experience I have ever had.

He is very knowledgeable about firearms. I left my rifle there for about 10 days, and he went through it, repairing the rear peep sight, and the magazine feeding tube (which was bent, and non functional). Now the rifle works and looks great - keeping the old patina intact! Jerry got the work done on time - and at a reasonable price for the time he spent on it. You can rent all the gear you need including protective wear (glasses and ear protection) and the staff fully walks you through everything if you are new to shooting.
