Terrible customer service! Avoid them. If they make a mistake they'll charge you money.

I have purchased several firearms from Triple B, the best people with the best pricing, they make…read moreyou feel comfortable and with a no pressure buying experience. They have a fantastic selection and can locate hard to get items. They treat you like a friend and l have seen them work with customers to get them what they want. I highly recommend them for all your firearm needs.

I was looking for a fairly hard to find firearm. On my way to another gun store near by, I saw…read moreTriple B. I told my wife that I would check to see what they had. to my amazement they had the exact firearm I was looking for! I stood in front of the cabinet waiting for a sales person to get free to help me. one other person was looking at the same thing. he got tired of waiting and walked away. Finally a sales person came up and asked if he caul help me, I told him what I wanted to see. He said that those very rarely come in and he hadn't seen one for quite a while. I said how about showing me that one right there...... He pulled it out, looked at it and said, wow, didn't even know this was in the case. He handed me the firearm. After clearing the weapon, I checked it for function and placed it on the glass. The sales man put the firearm back in the case and asked if I needed to see anything else. Well, I said ,you can show me the firearm boxed up, I would like to purchase it. He had a surprised look on his face, but boxed it up and started the DROS paper work. went over to the cashier and handed over my money. the only negative thing I can say is, the salesman was not up on store inventory. He was respectful, but I think he just is used to lookie lews. I have made two other purchases from the shop. got to deal with the owner on the other two. The man needs to let his sales staff handle customers until he can gather some people skills. He is VERY STOIC. A thank you after the purchase would be nice. He seem to treat all his customers like that. His hero must be Joe Friday........

There's really not much else to do in this area so I figured I might as well attend this workshop. Malia, the class coordinator, was flexible about letting me register at literally the last minute to take this class with my friends. I have to admit, I was pleasantly surprised at how well the class was designed. The brief lecture was far from boring, the instructor, Chris was very thorough and seemed to be an expert on the subject matter. Don't get me wrong - its a long course - almost 4 and a half hours long - but Chris is a very efficient, patient and thorough instructor. I honestly did not realize how quickly time passed because the material content and his presentation/delivery techniques made the material easy to grasp and understand. I especially liked how he tailored his content to both audiences who have been around and using guns all their lives - to those with limited exposure to them - myself being in the latter group. What I really appreciate about Chris's class is how much emphasis he places on safety and awareness - I think that alone shows the level of respect Chris has for an subject area that has drawn countless debates. I highly recommend taking this course. Even if it may not be legal (yet) to carry in your state, the permit you do end up getting is valid in nearly half the US. In addition, the level of knowledge you take away from this class alone, gives you more awareness and respect for gun use/safety.

I have been through 3 ccw classes for several states and this is the best. No really it is…read more The class was made personal. Questions were welcomed and the power point was on point. Paper work was clearly explained and they showed you how to fill it out. If you have never filled it out before you usually end up doing it twice. I am looking forward to taking some pistol classes from them...
