I ordered 2 mountain belts, one is the russet color and one in the dark brown color. When I received them, I felt that the color difference between the 2 wasn't drastic enough to be a different color. After having an instant message conversation with them on their website, it was patiently explained to me how sometimes that leather doesn't take much dye and can be similar in color. After that conversation, I felt very satisfied with my purchase. To my surprise, the Gentleman at Craft and Lore overnighted me a Port Wallet as a wonderful gesture of customer service. Hands down the mountain belts I ordered are the best I have ever had. And the Port Wallet is awesome. Thank you for making great products and treating your customers even better. Honestly, it looks even better than the original factory headliner did when the truck was new! The workmanship is beautiful--everything is smooth, clean, neatly fitted and professionally finished. It completely transformed the interior and made our 26-year-old truck look years younger. We couldn't be happier with the quality of the work and the finished result. If you need a headliner replaced, I highly recommend Jacob's Custom Living. Five stars all the way!

Employee at the counter really made an effort to connect with my son during the building process - lots of friendly questions about his school, sports he plays, plans for after high school, etc. Another family came in to place their order after us, and he acknowledged them immediately and let them know the time frame when he would be able to help them. The jacket lead time is a few months, which is expected, but we received a call to pick up my son's jacket before we thought it would be done. Great people to work with, and the final product was exactly what we ordered!
