First time ordering from Decade Awards. Very positive experience dealing with them. Post office lost my electrical placard. Called them, spoke to Jenny in customer service. She sent my tracking information, showed that post office lost mailer. All very good practice on the part of Decade Awards. What makes them outstanding in my opinion is that they immediately agreed to rush a remake of the order at no cost, and they sent to 2nd day Fedex this time, also at no cost. This was very important because without this electrical placard the electrical permit couldn't be finalized, and the customer power turn on. Price and product very good. This is not a company that cares about their customers or events! They are all about big business! When they make an error they blame the "somebody" that answered your call and then allow Lindsey the "Customer Service Manager" (whom "no one is above her position and only she is whom a customer can speak to") to speak in such a manner that ensures I nor anyone we know will use their company again! To laugh when their lack of follow through leaves you trophy-less for an event is despicable like the attitude the "Customer Service Manager" speaks to customers in! I messed up and forgot to add the engraving text. This trophy is for a fundraiser on Saturday. They aftually messaged me to ask me if I needed it, then they said they will rush my order and get it to me by Saturday, even though it could have taken a week because I forgot the engraving. read more

An update from my previous post. After ordering the display case on June 11th and approving the engraving the same day, it finally arrived to me on June 25th. Eleven business days and three calls to the company later. The only place on their website you are given any indications of delivery times is shipping 2-6 business days. If you are in no hurry and do not mind finding out important information after your order (and money) is processed then this is the place to go. FYI - the product did arrive as I ordered it.
