After all of these years, they have been kind, professional, and trustworthy. I have had custom pieces created and they have always produced high quality work. This visit I worked With Cindy who has been there for a very long time. She was an absolute delight as my daughter, soon to be son-in-law, and I shopped the estate pieces and ideas for wedding rings. CJ was kind with conversation, and I look forward to my next visit.

Great place in Spokane to have your trophies and plaques made. April is super easy to work with…read more It's the third year that we've used this business for an order of trophies and plaques for a state competition (which is on the west side of the state). Each year April has had everything done by or before the scheduled date, and if you don't know what might look good, she has a great eye for design (color, topper, etc.)! The first year that we did this, we really didn't know what we were doing, and I was a little apprehensive about how the trophies would come out (I'm one of those people who would rather just buy it made up already and not have to figure it out.) April really helped and assured me that they would look very good, and true to her word they were fabulous (and each year since has been just as impressive). We also have a pretty tight budget, and she helps us know exactly where we are with that. She's just so easy and pleasant to work with! Just a great local business!

She sent my tracking information, showed that post office lost mailer. All very good practice on the part of Decade Awards. What makes them outstanding in my opinion is that they immediately agreed to rush a remake of the order at no cost, and they sent to 2nd day Fedex this time, also at no cost. This was very important because without this electrical placard the electrical permit couldn't be finalized, and the customer power turn on. Price and product very good. I will be using them exclusively for this king of product. Recommend them very highly. Eric V.
