This is a great place to find all manner of wheels, casters, etc. The only improvement would be signage, it was a little difficult to differentiate between the two businesses located at the same address. read more

I had already boughten a chair online and it arrive broken and I battled with the company for months to fix it and they never did. This store exceeded my expectations. Upon arrival they immediately greeted me and asked me what my budget was and only showed me chairs within by budget which I thought was great because usually sales people want you to exceed your budget. My chair is super comfy and I am looking forward to using it for my online schooling. Will definitely return to purchase another chair or office furniture when needed.

This was a very pleasant purchase, much like almost all of my experiences at the other store have been. The associate who helped me knew his laptops and they had the Lenovo. We talked about the two brands for a few minutes as he found the remaining unit in the store and then he checked me out. In the door at 9am, out the door at 9:08. Outstanding!

There's a huge parking lot and the store is pretty easy on/off from the freeway. If you don't want to spend any time in the store, you can always order online and then just zip into the pick spot to grab the item. Not quite curbside pick-up, but almost! And, they usually have in-stock items pulled within the hour. Definitely my go-to place for any large order copying too. Jae is super helpful and efficient!

Was sold a defective standing desk; told to call product support to obtain the correct parts…read more Spent 40 minutes on the phone, parts no longer made, and my credit card payment couldn't be refunded because someone had "deleted the transaction" out of the system. Returned the desk to the store, was told since the order had been cancelled a refund had probably already occurred and to check my statement. I drove home and did so--no refund. I took photos of the statement and returned to the store; clerk wanted a printed statement. She called the manager, who said to do a refund "without receipt," so the money finally went back on my card. The manager said, in a couple of weeks, if a second refund appeared on the card, to "let us know. You know, be that person," implying that I might be dishonest. Given all that had happened, I found that attitude offensive--I fully intended to notify them if a refund appeared. In short, this store sells defective products, expects the customer to do all the legwork to set the situation right, and is rude in addition. I won't shop here again and suggest others don't either.

Spokane is a funny place for board gamers. Board game cafes are heavy on the "cafe" and light on…read morethe "board game." Game shops seem to either have no space to play a game or they have lots of space with no clear instructions on when/how the space can/should be used and by whom. And all of the shops we visited while in town were struggling with identity crisis. As for Uncles: Good: Board game selection is better than the other shops we visited in town Bummer: Not a cafe and no obvious place to play a game, so likely intended as strictly retail rather than a gaming space. (No harm no foul...just offering an observation for the advantage of others) Bad: Nobody offered to help (employees stayed behind the counter while we were there). Odd: Organization/layout and display shelves were a challenge. Some areas were clearly organized and others less so. Just when I started to think I was understanding the organizational scheme, I'd find a game that obviously belonged with a group of others on the other side of the store. Just my opinion, but there is enough selection here that an alphabetical layout scheme would probably make sense. Suggestion: Pick an identity: Toy store or game shop? Gone are the days of the bizarrely mixed toy department in the basement of the local sporting goods store. Board games have moved beyond classification as "toys" and into the realm of being a true hobby all its own. If Uncles decides to focus up as a game store, consider dumping the little kid toys and leaning heavier into collectibles loved by most gamers (e.g. Funko, Iron Studios, Superhero/Fantasy/Sci-Fi stuff, etc.) Parking: rough. (Seemed as though downtown paid street parking was the only option.) Pricing is pretty standard for brick and mortar...a touch higher than you can find online in most cases. (I call it the "Instant Gratification Tax.") At the end of the day, I came away feeling as though the shop might be run by a pair of contentious siblings...one who loves modern board games and the other who is convinced that kid's toys are the way to go. Combining them in this small a space was OK in the '80s but now is just confusing for both groups.

Again, huge selection and I'm frankly surprised and impressed to see such a good toy store in a mall. Prices are high but about what you'd expect. Basically full retail price on everything. Parking sucks. I was there for less than three hours today and paid damn near $7 to use the ramp! I know they have a validation scheme where if you get three validations you get a watery discount, but it's just too much work. Just gimme the first hour free huh? Full validation for paying customers? Anyway... it's a bitter pill to swallow since coming downtown already comes with its own headaches. But I digress.

That turned out to be a mistake, $150 later, I walked out with only a gallon and a half of paint. At no point was I told the price up front. It felt like I was treated not as a customer to be helped, but as a dad they could take advantage of, simply trying to make his daughter happy. I never expected a local business to treat local families this way. I should have kept going to the larger store where transparency and fairness are more reliable.
