Quick and easy! I ordered from DoorDash and my order was ready in minutes! I got the tiger roll with spicy tuna and shrimp tempura! Delicious! Tasted fresh. I am looking in coming back to try their all you can eat! Ambiance is chill. Not too many people for lunch on a weekday, makes sense why my food was made quick!

Ono Sushi is located on the east side of town at the intersections of Eastern and E. Flamingo in a good sized strip mall. There was plenty of parking. The decor was nice and very functional. The music was low key and not too loud. We went on a Sunday night and there was no wait and a good steady flow of customers. The dinner price is $30.95, which is only $3 more than the lunch price. We were a bit disappointed that they didn't have Uni and/or Oysters but they gave us extra Ama Ebi. We tried all our standard nigiri. For example, yellowtail belly, salmon belly, Ono, scallops, etc. Everything was very tasty. The salmon carpaccio and yellowtail sashimi were both very generous portions. The salmon kama and yellowtail kama were also very tasty. As others have pointed out, you get a slight discount if you pay via cash. This hidden gem is worth a try.

Too tired to eat out as I'm prepping for a trip so Doordash it is! Everything I needed was in the bag and my order was perfect! The salmon and salmon belly was delicious! The rolls were great! Thanks Ono!

Shout out to Let's Eat Vegas YouTube channel for reviewing this place! Not disappointed. Lunch AYCE about $33 plus tip. Service: outstanding. Server was friendly, attentive and helpful made some good roll recommendations. Food came out at a steady pace. Food: higher quality than most AYCE sushi in this price range. Fish was fresh and good quality rice. Wide selection of appetizers, sushi, nigiri, hand rolls etc. my biggest regret is not being more strategic in my selections. I recommend Rainbow roll, Super Ono, Holy Molly. Tempura shrimp was light and not too much batter. Did not care for 4 piece crispy rice. Overcooked imo Location: east side 13 minutes off strip, plenty of parking in big plaza. Highly recommend this place!!! 5 Stars will be back when in Vegas.

We took a friend for a birthday sushi lunch today, and it was a great experience overall. The food ranged from good to wonderful, with most of it excellent. The service was lovely, and the atmosphere was modern-chic. We don't go out for AYCE very often, as we usually don't eat enough to make it worthwhile. Our friend requested AYCE, and it was a our gift to her. Between the three of us, we ordered (and ate) 47 items!!! There was huge value for the money, and we'd all go back again. Here are some insights and pointers... 1, While the menu no longer says there's a "lunch price" and an "all day price," we asked if we could pay the dinner price and have access to the items restricted to dinner. We were told we could. We paid $3 extra per person for the dinner offerings, and those items were some of the best items on the menu. I HIGHLY recommend paying for the dinner menu. 2. There were some really inventive and delicious items on the menu. If it sounds good to you then try it! 3. There's no need to order a seaweed salad if you're ordering the poke salad. The poke salad is mostly seaweed salad with some poke mixed in. It was delicious, but you don't need both. 4. The cucumber salad was underdressed, and there was some cucumber salad that was served with the seafood salad. The seafood salad was delicious, and I'd order that before deciding whether I wanted to order a standalone cucumber salad. 5. There was nothing on the menu or on their website to indicate that there would be a surcharge for paying with a credit card. While it was small ($2.01) on a bill just over $100, it was annoying. I like having disclosure before I go. I hope you find these helpful - enjoy!!!

This has been a longtime favorite of ours since last year when we moved to this side of town! Every time, it's a joy being here and trying all the new foods. I recommend trying the oysters, even if you don't think you'll like them (the flavor is out of this world).

The sushi was amazing--fresh, flavorful, and definitely the highlight of the meal. Unfortunately, the tables were sticky and didn't seem very clean, which took away from the overall experience. Our server also disappeared for about 30 minutes at one point and was hard to find throughout the visit. That said, the food really is very good. I'd consider coming back, especially during a slower time when service might be more attentive.

All u can eat for dinner is $30. I arrived around 6:30 PM not a big crowd perfect for me. Customer service was fantastic. I was immediately seated and served.. I ordered the two piece fried tuna roll. Veloce roll fried chicken appetizer called KFC and Bulgogi.. everything came out within 10 minutes. This is a small place, but there isl enough room for a large parties. I really enjoyed the food. I highly recommend it!

I came to this place regularly for years whenever I was in the area. A few months ago, I saw this restaurant closed and then a few weeks later re-opened, so I called to check and found out it now has new owners and management, we decided to give it a try.... We arrived round 2:30pm on a Sunday and were seated promptly upon arrival. - our table was wobbly so we moved to a different table. There were 2 other tables finishing up and were gone within 30 minutes of our arrival. The inside is still the same - no major change to the layout and decor. There are a few changes to the menu, but is still AYCE. Unlike other restaurants, you can order the AYCE lunch even on the weekend. Our server took our orders - by entering them on a device. She would repeat every order after we said it as she entered it on the device. To our surprise, several orders were missed - eg 1 of the 3 fried rice, some nigiri orders, etc - so we kept checking if they were still pending or if they were missed. It took a while (we had to follow up 3x) before my mom got her hot water (yes, just regular hit water), a couple of follow ups for lemon, wasabi and napkins. The place was not busy at all so it was surprising that service as such. At least, our server checked on us regularly. There is a lot of room for improvement in the service aspect. Nigiri and sushi were good - fish was fresh and good quality. The shrimp tempura and soft-shelled crab were good. The kimchi had a weird taste and did not taste like kimchi; Bulgogi had too much flavor (too sweet); The fried rice which came late was a bit salty, as well as the bacon skewer. Both soft tofu and fried tofu, you can skip. The rest of our order were okay (no issue and nothing extraordinary either). The lychee sorbet dessert is not on the menu because they do not have it in stock all the time. I am not sure if the chef is new, but with so many AYCE restaurants in Vegas, mediocre food usually doesn't cut it. They accept reservations which is a plus. Price is reasonable.. Lots of parking as it is in a strip mall. There is an extra surcharge if you are paying using a credit card - this is not indicted on the menu, but you will see it when the bill comes. I spoke to Chris who is helping manage the place and came as we were finishing up - my feedback was received as constructive. Chris was nice and had a good demeanor. Maybe I would give this place 3.5 stars at most, but since this is not possible in Yelp, I am giving them 3 satra

Wanted to try a new AYCE place and surprisingly there was no wait here on a Friday night. It's a smaller restaurant and only about half the tables were occupied the whole time we were here. Service was very attentive and all of our food came out quickly. Some of the more unique things about Ono Sushi in particular compared to other AYCE sushi places in Vegas were that they offered *unlimited* salmon belly nigiri, which was absolutely delicious. Each piece came topped off with a small dot of fresh wasabi. They also offered tako wasabi as a nigiri (unlimited, but dinner only). I'm not adventurous enough to try this raw octopus nigiri but my partner enjoyed it. Another unique menu item was the deep fried soft shell crab appetizer. Otherwise their fish to rice ratio is on par with other AYCE sushi restaurants nearby, and they offer 4-pc half roll sizes of their usual 8-pc rolls. I did feel that many of the nigiri I ordered came seasoned or dressed in sauce already, and I would have preferred more plain nigiri. For their dessert, I was excited to try the mini honey toast as I thought it would be similar to dessert toast I've had elsewhere but it's honestly just ice cream served with like a bread roll. I wouldn't get this dessert option next time. Overall I thought this was a solid place for AYCE sushi with stand out highlights being that it doesn't get as crowded as other spots, service is fast, and you can't beat the unlimited salmon belly nigiri.

Sun of the Beach.

I will preface this that I have been coming to Ono's since they opened in 2018. In that time, I have never had a horrible meal....every meal was a delight. A beautiful lively dance on the taste buds. I got word they changed ownership, and came to try it out. HEARTBREAKING, is all I have. The beautiful dance has come to its end. The Salmon Belly was the delicious but missing a crisp freshness. Sun of the Beach, was dripping oil, in every bite. It broke the spicy mayo and hardly any eel sauce was seen or tasted. Our service was while attentive, was lacking in skills and etiquette. Service should NEVER be REACHING ACROSS the table. My party had a difficult time with different half orders, due to the cooks, placing half orders on one full plate to save dishes. And my family had to figure out which was which....and with larger parties this is troublesome. As now they have to pass around food to others. If someone as an allergy....this creates a nightmare situation due to cross contamination. I wish the PREVIOUS OWNERS good luck in their new endeavors, as they are definitely missed from this formerly beautiful favorite restaurant.

Ask the Community - Ono Sushi

Do they still have a happy hour and if so do you know the times?

I dont think they have Happy Hour anymore. I love this place anyway!

Do you still have beer and sake?

Yes

I noticed on your instagram page that you have many safety procedures in place. i'm curious to know if you have continued with these procedures or if you've relaxed on them. i want to have sushi but only if it's safe and clean?

I am currently here. Upon arrival they took my temp and sat me far away from others. Everyone inside was really spaced out.

Anyone tried their ayce sashimi?

Yes it came out nice an tasted really good

Do they have brown rice options?

Not sure. I do know the sushi was excellent! You might call them to ask about brown rice.

The price went up? $26? or $24.99? website still said $24.99 but one of the review couple days ago said $26.99.

Hi we have changed the price on our website but not yet on the menus Sorry for the trouble… Read more

What time does the all you can eat lunch end?

Lunch is 11:30am - 3pm

How's the dessert?

They are typical of most all you can eat sushi. They limit the desserts to "pick one". The fried banana sundae and honey toast is really good. They also have the standard green tea, red bean, and vanilla ice cream and different variety of mochi.

What are the age for kids?

3-7

Do they offer 1/2 rolls, so many rolls, to try!!?

They do offer half rolls for most of their rolls! There are a few rolls that it isn't possible to do that for. Talk to Sanvy, Chris or Erwin for which items can't be eaten as half rolls

Do they offer traditional Japanese breakfast?

No, just lunch and dinner.

Does anyone know if they have gluten free soy/tamari sauce and if they are knowledgeable enough to identify gluten free options there?

I don't think so.

When will they have beer and sake again?

Hi, Thank you for your question! We have beer and sake now. and we are doing $1 Sake this weekend only (10/19-10/21) We hope to see you soon! Tell your friends and fam!

Is sushimi included in the all you can eat dinner price?

Hi There - I think you can have a limited amount of sashimi as part of the AYCE option at dinner. They are really nice...they don't overdo the rice on their sushi. Enjoy!!!!

What are the ages for the kid prices all you can eat?

Yes on the menu it says kids 3-7

What's the time limit for lunch and dinner AYCE?

I don't think there is a time limit. We were there for lunch for about an hour and a half

It wasn't terrible by any means, but nothing really stood out and there are definitely better places if you're specifically craving Japanese food. What really bothered me though was the pricing situation. We came during their lunch AYCE hours, but because there was a festival going on that weekend, they decided to charge full dinner price instead. So I am docking off another point for the owners being greedy. Service itself was okay, just not enough to justify the higher price they charged us.

Chef Shuji runs the restaurant with his wife next to him in the kitchen. The fish here is flown in from Japan and of the highest quality as you can see from the sheen and fat marbling. This is also the first sushi restaurant I have ever been to that automatically brings out fresh Wasabi without having to ask. The portions are generous and we left feeling very satisfied. Even though we were very full, we took a look at the dessert menu. Not pictured here is a sweet potato with ice cream and brown sugar glaze. This dish on the menu was unassuming but the taste was so decadent. Quite possibly the best and sweetest sweet potato I have ever tasted. The chef slowly roasts them over a 2 hour period, rotating the potatoes every so slightly every 15 minutes. The sweet potato could be a dessert by itself, it was that good! Chef Shuji is a charming and funny host. He regularly comes out to greet his customers and makes sure they are enjoying their meal, very high-touch. You don't need to go to the Strip for Ari yeah!…read more Ari Sushi & Izakaya is a very well-Yelped restaurant in the southwest. I've particularly seen buddies post about it on Instagram a lot, and I finally made my way out there since I found that it aligned with my mom's food craving. I went for the Ari Ari Combo ($29.00). It started with a little bowl of balanced miso soup and a tiny side salad with fresh greens and a simple sesame dressing, and was followed by six thin but delicious sashimi slices and four basic but also solid-quality nigiri. I would be more than happy to come back try to more of their raw fish any time. If that doesn't sound like enough for lunch, I did share other food items. The Garlic Edamame ($7.00) felt a little less salted than I expected but was a good portion and had plenty of both a garlic sauce and crispy garlic slivers. I also helped out with a Bento with 3 items ($25.00): bulgogi, mixed tempura, and spicy tuna roll. The bulgogi was tender but not strongly marinated enough and the spicy tuna roll felt pretty standard, but I did really enjoy the shrimp tempura and the veggie tempura pieces which I tried. They were super hot and crispy while being cooked perfectly inside, and the sauce was perfect. The music was relaxing and not played at a very high volume. The restaurant is a little more dim than I'd like and could benefit from overhead narrow-angle lights, but maybe the food was just that good that the lighting wasn't so important. The server was happy to refill my complimentary water with lemon as often as needed, as well as to add more water to the Hot Green Tea ($4.00). I did try some of the tea, and it was potent and low in bitterness. I'm pleased to report that Ari Sushi really does offer delicious sushi, enough so that I'll probably have to make more trips from Henderson to try more of their menu.
