My nails turned out fine no issues, just my experience was definitely not a good one and I probably won't be coming back. I came in with an appointment for 9am and nobody was there but me. I felt like I was like unwelcome or something as soon as I walked in. Everytime I asked a question or for a recommendation she answered very monotone and was giving like one word responses. I wanted a certain design done that day but because of the treatment I was getting I just went with something basic and simple so I could leave because it was definitely not a good one. Not sure who I got as I booked on Instagram & they didn't tell me shit LOL Anyways, the girl I had was not easy to talk to. Sensed a vibe from her and I did not like it. So, I just didn't make conversation. A few things I didn't like: - She cut me a few times with the cuticle cutter/nail drill machine and didn't say anything - I told her the lamp is burning my finger and she said it's "normal" (burning is not normal.. she shaved down my natural nails wayyy too much and caused me to burn under the lamp) - I told her beforehand my nails are crooked & she STILL put the gel x on crooked (she even tried to tell me "I don't know who told you your nails are crooked but they're not") - My nails are pointed upwards rather than straight out like how real nails should look like I'm not a licensed nail technician but I learned how to do my own nails (plus my mom does nails) and this is basic common sense... &Since my moms been through it, I tend to tip big when I get my nails done but I just felt she didn't deserve a big tip. I still tipped her tho, don't get me wrong. Just not as much as I could've due to the service she gave me. Overall, probably not going to come back but if I do I am NOT going back to her. Most likely not tho as first impressions play a big role in choosing a nail salon ‍ *** Edit: Same day but later in the evening. *** So they messaged me on Instagram after reading my review and said they take feedback very seriously. Brownie points imo! They took the time to message me and were very professional and respectful about it. She even asked if I'd want to come in again and I'd be personally taken care of by someone else but I declined as I'm leaving for vacay tomorrow. Overall, amazing hospitality! I first started…read moregoing to her for lashes, after trying multiple lash artists my retention wasn't great and I just thought maybe it was my lashes. But then I found Tammy she listened to all of my concerns from the style I was going for and retention concerns. She made my lashes so fluffy and full (my request) for the little lashes that I had. When Tammy started doing nails, I started going to her and she was always committed to growing out my nails and the health of my nails / nail beds. She never tried to upsell other services but always prioritize the health of my nails and making my feel confident with them! Which I appreciated, with Tammy I was able to get my nails the longest they have ever been. When I get my nails done by her they last for a month or even more if I want to push it. I've gone to other nail places and my nails either peel or break within a week which is disappointing and have not found anyone in OC as meticulous as her. I have also gone to Cassie on her team and she is just as great. They are both so sweet and listen to all of my concerns. I'm not a fan of crazy designs but whenever I have an idea on my nails Tammy and Cassie will give their suggestions and always nail it! (No pun intended) they have a crazy amount of color choices as well and travel out of the country to sources these products so you know it's quality products they use. If you can get on her schedule she is worth every penny, I am now able to push my nails 1x a month versus every 2-3 weeks because of the quality of her work. She's quite the drive from me but always worth it due to the quality and fair pricing. If you want to visit a salon that truly cares about your nail/ lash health I would visit entice beauty right away! Perk parking is easy it is located in a plaza :)

However, I ended up waiting until 6:06 p.m. When he finally finished, he told me to sit in the chair at the end. I assumed it was my turn, but instead another client was taken first, and I was told it would be "another five minutes." At that point, I decided to leave. If they knew they wouldn't be ready until after 6:00, I wish they had simply told me to come at 6 instead of asking me to arrive at 5:30 and wait over 35 minutes. I understand that salons can get busy, but clear communication and respecting customers' time go a long way.
