These are the sweetest Vietnamese ladies that make sure you're comfortable while you're there and happy when you leave. They keep the salon clean, smelling fresh, and AC nice and cool. They pick up the phone every single time I call (during business hours), provide efficient service with quality products. They also have so many options & colors to choose from and can pretty much do any design you ask. They weren't clear or transparent about when certain things would be an extra charge like a buff shine (for my dad) but they offered it as if it was complimentary. I tried to be nice about all of this every time but it gets to a point I don't get why I keep paying to come back. The last time I visited was my last I wanted a simple butter yellow color for a pedi. It was trending and was spring/summer. They didn't have a single baby yellow to offer for just the regular polish and if they did I wasn't shown a display color of it. When I kept explaining what color I wanted the technician brought back all orange and browns and super dark OPPOSITE of pastel ones as possible. I was pretty disappointed and when I just politely said I'd pick a different color (basic pink) I heard the girl say with attitude negative things about me and say I wanted those colors ???
