5 star hole in the wall nail salon!! We happened to stumble upon this spot after our usual salon was a little too popular on a Sunday afternoon - thank goodness we did! Came in for a gel manicure and regular pedicure and were surprised by the best service and attention to detail. The lady who I believe was the owner was so welcoming and encouraged us to explore gel designs as that is what they were known for, since becoming under new management 2 months ago. The manicure turned out even better than the picture from online! The pedicure was also very soothing and not rushed at all. The space is very clean and relaxing. The biggest highlight: NAIL DESIGN!! If you are looking for a place that can do intricate designs, this is the place to go. I got a minion design and my sister did a nature like design. The host was incredibly sweet and friendly and she did an exceptional job on the designs. Overall super high quality and I highly recommend if you're looking to try a new salon!

BEAUTIFUL nail work looks like the picture I saved on Pinterest !. This little hole on the wall is so cute and you'd never know the work the do here if you don't give them a chance. The didn't give a 5 star review because I got a deluxe pedicure and only received 2 minutes of the massage and not the full 7 minutes, I do feel that I didn't receive the full benefits of the pedicure but still, it was a good pedicure. And my nails were more than I expected so be sure to ask for the price FIRST if you bring in a design idea. All in all, great place, nice work, clean, calm and nice people !

Y'all I'm OBSESSED. Amy did such a great job and was such sweetheart! The Salon recently relocated from Garden Grove so they can use new local clientele. High recommend! This particular set was $80 including a limited time 10% discount. Super happy with the results.

Very reasonably priced as well! The salon is very clean and you can tell they take proper sanitation seriously. Also, it's a really cute salon (pink/flowers/hello kitty/labubus inside kinda vibe). [[HIGHLIGHT]]I admire that chi chi kept checking in with me to make sure I was loving my nails/they were meeting the inspo pic I showed her.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] She NAILED it! I came to get manicure and pedicure. Loved both! Normally I get the pedicure, French tip but wanted to see how they did their designs on manicures and was NOT disappointed! LOVED THEM! Amy did my nails, beautiful and such great customer service!

I end up loving my nails much more than the pictures I saved from Pinterest (this is how good they are). The prices are very reasonable for the attention to detail that they put into their work. Also, the nails and design lasts until I go in for another set. Today I also got an eyebrow wax (first time doing this), and OMG! They did wonderful job. I love my eye brows. I've been to so many eye brow salons where I left unsatisfied. So now you know, the best nails + designs and waxes in town. They have a customer for life in me.

My service usually comes out to $85 without the gratuity which is a great deal considering the inflation of everything nowadays. Each tool that they used were sterilized making my whole experience feel super clean and lux. They were very meticulous with their work which I really appreciate as I often feel rushed in other salons. Today was my first time coming here I came as a walk in and waited for maybe 10 minutes or less. I don't usually write reviews but I'm writing one because [[HIGHLIGHT]]I really loved this place!! Amy is the best nail tech I have ever had! I have been going to her specifically for more than 3 years and continue to regularly see her. She hand paints all the designs I request and her full sets last 3-4 weeks. At other places I used to always struggle with lifting - but with her the retention is soo good! Charms and gems never fall off. I like both tapered square and almond shape - med/long length and she is amazing at both! I trust her art and her talent. Moni and her seasoned employee do such a great job on my nails and toes. the best french tips are done here! moni does a great job on shape and french tips!!! took my mom here too my mom is real critical but loves loves her mani and pedi! they're cheap here too so make sure you tip them well! they cut cuticles really well and my gel mani lasts 5 weeks and i work a lot with my hands! her technique is awesome. i'm a lifelong customer. read more

i started going here last year on a whim when i moved to fountain valley. their prices are great and inside the salon is sooo cute!! my gel pedicures and dip powder manicures last a long while, and [[HIGHLIGHT]]the staff here are incredibly friendly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] i moved to anaheim and i still make the 30min drive down just to go to this salon. they deserve more hype!! read more

Im honestly super particular about who does my nails and how they do them so i was a little skeptical but Christy went above and beyond my expectations! I got acrylics and i love how she shaped and painted my nails & they look really natural. She's super sweet and also gave me a complimentary heart design & it looks so cute!! Her sister just took over ownership of the shop about a week ago so they're pretty new in the area. She also showed me different designs her and her sister do so I'll definitely continue coming here more often and getting different designs in the future. read more

Zero stars if I could…read more I called to check the status of my medication. The person who answered didn't greet me or say anything, so I explained the reason for my call. He abruptly responded, "Name?" After I gave him my name, he put me on hold without saying a word. A few minutes later, he came back on the line, but I couldn't clearly hear what he said, so I politely asked him to repeat it. His response was, "We're super busy in the store, okay? Your medication is ready," and then he hung up. The next day, I went through the drive-thru to pick up my medication. I waited for a while, and no one greeted me or acknowledged that I was there. I finally pressed the call button, and the woman who answered rudely said, "We saw you. We're busy in the store." I'm not sure why they seem to think customers can somehow see how busy they are over the phone or through the drive-thru speaker. Being busy is understandable, but there's no reason to be rude. A simple, "Thank you for waiting. We'll be right with you," would have made all the difference. Courtesy and basic customer service shouldn't disappear just because the store is busy.

So, I am waiting on hold for an hour. Not 5 minutes or 10 minutes, an hour. 1 person in front of me for an hour, ummm no. That is what you call laziness and not wanting to pick up the phone. They had two people working along with the pharmacist. And not one of you can answer the phone. GARBAGE So I hang up and call the store manager. Not there but shift lead answers and says she will transfer me to the pharmacy losing the direct line. What happens, no one answers. So I call back again and I tell her I will wait while she gets them on the phone. Finally the pharmacist answers and says they don't have the full amount but can fill a partial. That is fine, but answer the freaking phone. You are not that busy, it is just laziness on the part of your employees. It is pitiful for someone to have to go through that. It is very unprofessional and a very bad look. It is not the first time I had to wait on hold but it was never that long by a lot. Get your act together and make sure your employees act accordingly. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!

This place is a gem hidden away which makes sense why I passed the parking lot twice by the way. Upon arrival I was greeted and immediately sat down for my pedicure. I asked about the special they have outside and Tammy was kind enough to explain to me what that entails. I was offered water and tea which was greatly appreciated, because I had just come from a doctors appointment down the street in which I forgot my water bottle. So like you guessed it... what joy to get a new water bottle! I chose The Spa Pamper package which for 25 includes all the regular stuff plus callous removal and a wonderful sugar scrub that smells amazing and leaves your skin smooth to the touch. Although it's 10 dollars more if you want gel and 3 dollars to remove my gel that I had leftover from months before (since October), if you ask me that should be included in the 10 but eh beggars can't be choosers. I don't mind paying because of the wonderful experience. I also was put this wonderful massage on the chair but if your like me you get sore after 20 min... still a pretty good chair! Comfy and the place is clean what more can I say overall almost 40 bucks for an experience plus pretty nails... well worth it. These ladies truly work for their tips... 5 dollars it is. I am so happy to find this place: very professional and clean! The owner greets me in perfect English and very friendly. Stepping inside I am very surprised to find the place so clean and beautiful. The young worker there invite me to the spa chair and offer me cold water. This place has about 10 spa chairs and they use new spa liner for each customer to protect customers. The owner told me that the safety of her customers is the most concern beside the quality of her works here. I am lucky to find this place. Unfortunately, I was also cut on my cuticle during the service. I also noticed some confusion at checkout. I had already asked to add a tip, but I was asked again after paying. I don't mind paying for quality service, but I do think pricing should be explained clearly before or during checkout. It was surprising to pay more for a refill than I have for a full set. I genuinely like the salon and the staff, and I hope they improve their communication about pricing so customers know exactly what they're being charged for.

I just feel pressured to get more or they'll talk you into the next thing. I've been coming here off and on for years. (At least 5 or so). I live a block away, so loved the convenience and thought that they were overall pretty good. As a long time customer, I brought my 5 year old in a few times within the last year or so. The first time was great! They treated her so well and helped pick her colors and did a great job with her nails. But this last time I brought her in, my kid wanted to same as last time: which was 3 colors. I saw dirty looks and an overall annoyed worker immediately followed by talking back and forth to their coworkers, very obvious they were annoyed with us. (Although I couldn't understand the language or the problem). This was a weekday and it was super slow, and there were maybe 3 other people in the salon getting services, mind you. Not a stressful situation. They grabbed the colors, painted her nails quickly and walked away... they just were not friendly at all. At the end, when I went to pay, I asked for a breakdown bc it was more than I calculated in my head and they charged me an additional $10 for a third color. They said 2 colors were no up charge but the 3rd is $10. That was never communicated with me. They didn't do that the previous times I was there. And to have a 3rd color, it meant that 4 nails were painted with that (basically the middle finger/toe on each limb). Cmon guys. Also- as a 5 year old, their nails typically stay on for only 4-5 days at best- to spend $50 on that- I won't do that again. I decided in that moment that I would not be able to return here. To make an additional $10 off of me that day, but to lose years of my business- and with me bringing in friends and my daughters.... I hope that was worth it. To secretly upsell because an employee is annoyed is just wrong. Just tell me ahead of time there would be a cost- I would have clearly only done 2 colors... To do that to a long time customer was inappropriate... and to treat my child that was very well behaved in such a manner- didn't talk to her, and was overall annoyed the whole time- was just rude. Do better, guys. For the rest of the staff- you have all been friendly over the last several years. So thank you. The stars I left are for you guys.

She argued with me for over five minutes, was rude, condescending, and refused to honor the price on the menu even though I was already mid‑service.I ended up stopping the manicure and only getting a polish change because the whole situation felt like a bait‑and‑switch.For context: I normally pay $63 total for BOTH a gel manicure and gel pedicure elsewhere. This salon wanted $50 for just one gel manicure.Customers deserve transparency. Prices should be disclosed before the service starts, not halfway through when you're already committed. People should know they charge an extra $17 for gel, and they do not tell you upfront. Also - they charged me $30 for a polish change.

Hannah cut the skin on multiple fingers, and my fingers were actively bleeding. I could literally see my blood on the nail file she was using. Instead of stopping or switching tools, she continued filing. Even now, my fingers are still sore the next day. She did not properly remove the Gel-X. Instead of soaking it off, she kept aggressively filing, leaving patches of product still on my nails. My nails were left scratchy, uneven, damaged, and bloody. To make it worse, I was charged $25 for a "manicure and removal." No polish was applied, the Gel-X wasn't fully removed, and when I asked what the "manicure" consisted of, she said it was cutting my cuticles. So apparently they charge $20 just to cut cuticles--poorly and painfully. I am extremely disappointed and upset. Basic hygiene, safety, and proper technique were completely ignored. Gel-X removal is not complicated, yet it was handled carelessly and caused actual injury. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for safe or professional nail care.

I went to this place today as I saw their sign off of beach blvd. and they're close to my house. I had THE BEST experience I have ever had at a nail spa. Not only is this place extremely clean, but Jackie and Monique are such nice people and they took such great care of me. This was actually one of the best pedicures I think I have ever had. I will be coming back with my husband and mother in law. I highly recommend this place!

I have been here a few times and have been happy with the experience. I usually just pop in without…read moreappointment and usually get my gel nails serviced without a long wait. But this is mostly during weekdays when walk-in appointment is the best way to get your nails done in a jiffy. Each of the lady here is very experienced and so far i have had two different manicurists that worked on my nails and the result is very similar among them. I prefer to have different manicurists work on my nails each time because I like varieties. Personally, I still prefer Tina who has an unassuming personality with immense patience. I like that she takes her time to perfect each nail and my gel lasts a bit longer under her expertise hands.
