I don't who these people got to write their reviews but they managed to fit a pair of lenses into my very expensive pair of Linbergs and after just a couple of months the arm cracked the lense. Not only did they refuse to repair it but came up with a chapter of excuses such as I had twisted the titanium arm.After just two months the lense of my pair of rimless Lindberg Air broke from the arm.after having spent nearly £200! Naturally enough, they denied it was anything to do with them saying I had twisted the titantium arm.something virtually impossible to do.The little hinge, which comes they claimed was broken even though that is meant to happen with Lindberg.real jokers If you have decent glasses requiring repair don't use these people. I've used this company before not even realising that they are based just down the road from me. As a pensioner I have to be very careful with my money when buying new spectacles so this company was a god send for me. They replicated my last pair of varifocal lenses to my new prescription and put them into my own frame. The price was much, much less than anything I've paid before when I've visited my local Opticians. I've told all my neighbour about these guys and he ordered some light reacting varifocals which he was over the moon with. Very nice and professional people to deal with, will use again. read more

What a find this company was! After walking out of Boots opticians in disgust with their prices, I called these people and spoke a very polite lady who advised me to have some varifocal lenses fitted into my own frame, so as to keep the cost down as I am a pensioner. The lens they gave me is much better than the ones Boots sold me years ago and they were even half the price. I simply cannot recommend these people enough. Fantastic service and a very attractive price made me order my first pair of spectacles from this company. Fantastic service from these people. Broke my rimless glasses which I simply cannot do without. As I live nearby they sent out someone to collect my glasses and take some measurements. Got them back repaired and with new varifocal lenses in the same time as my optician would have done. Difference was, these people only charged me a third of what I would normally pay for my lenses! read more

Their recent advert in the hampshire Chronical promted me to use their frame reglazing service. Paid less than half the price I would normally pay at my opticians and they had them delivered back to me within 8 days. Needed a lens replaced in my frame after dropping my glasses. They were the only people who said that they could replace 1 lens, as all other companies I tried would only sell me a pair. They even managed to get them to me in time for my new year holiday! Will use again. read more
