The reception staff are fairly abrupt, no effort is made to make polite conversation other than to take your name. The opticians are really chatty and polite and you feel quite content that you have had a thorough eye examination. I rarely manage to find frames i like within my budget, so unless they are doing a special offer e.g. buy one get one free, i tend to get my prescription and go elsewhere! The range is good, but the price is high once you factor in the cost of lenses and any coatings!

It…read morehas all the basics that Debenhams do, luggage, clothing for men, women, and kids, housewares, electronics, toys, perfume, jewellery, etc. It's kept in pretty good shape, clean and tidy. Things are generally in the area they are supposed to be. The staff are generally helpful and polite - of course there are always those who are the exception to the rule. The store is generally not hugely busy and when it is they do a pretty good job of making sure they put the extra staff on the floor and on the cash registers.
