If need be, they are prepared to let him have new lenses at no cost whilst waiting for orders to come in. The actual eye test was easy and the lady explained everything she was doing, not like how I remember them from when I was a child, it was scary then. I received a phone call a couple of days later to say that my new glasses were ready, I went to collect them and the lady adjusted them so that they were as comfortable as possible. I'm really happy with the service I received, and my new glasses, and they were right, they are perfect.
