I ordered two pairs of glasses. The initial process was good, the eye test and booking process. The…read moreshop does not have all types of glasses to try and relies a lot on their 'try on virtually' on their website. One pair of glasses had normal lenses and the other should have had reaction lenses and anti-glare. Unfortunately, anti-glare was not added (even though I asked) and I didn't notice it was not added to my order. So I didn't actually pay for it. Specsavers say you should have glasses within 10 days, I explained I needed them quicker as I need them for driving and did not have any spares. They were vocally helpful and said they would give them an 'urgent' status and would get them to me within 5 working days. After three calls, three different dates/times for when they were going to be ready and three excuses, I eventually picked up my glasses. This was 12 days later. I was told on two occasions they had contacted me telling me their was a delay, they had all the correct contact details, this did not happen. As you can see by the pictures, the glasses were handed over to me unchecked. Both pairs were covered in dust and white residue, which I can only assume is from their lab. One pair was so bent when I wore them, I was basically wearing a Monocle because the other side was making sure my eyebrow could see rather than my eye. Overall my experience was terrible! Although the glasses are good quality, the service is far from it. I was lied to and was promised in order to get my custom and money. They did not deliver on anything they said. I will not be returning and would highly recommend future customers do not based on my experience.
