My concern is not over the quality of customer service and product, it's to do with not telling customers about different offers that are available thereby not providing a choice.
I recently had a test and was offered the buy-on get-on free deal, which I took up. Then yesterday I saw a whole page ad in a national paper saying that Specsavers were offering 25% discount for people over 60 - which I am. I have just phoned the store and said I was not informed of this. They asked me if I had the buy-one, get-one free offer and I said yes and they said it was one or the other - but nobody had told me about the 'other', therefore not offering me a choice.
