DD said they would take it to a mechanic and let me test drive it again when it was fixed. That was in February and I believe that vehicle is still in the shop. I don't find DD to be at fault here. Obviously if multiple mechanics can't solve the issue, that's a problem. DD was unaware of the acceleration issue, and I don't fault them for that either, because I had been driving it for a good 30 minutes before the problem manifested. Meanwhile, my van was falling apart and in March, I explained to DD that I needed to keep looking for other vehicles before my van completely bit the dust. They offered me a loaner vehicle, which was amazing! I drove it for about a month, then DD called me asking to switch to a different loaner vehicle because someone was interested in the loaner I was currently driving. DD was originally going to drive the new loaner all the way from Tucson to Bisbee to switch out the vehicles. The call was on a Wednesday, and I happened to have an appointment in Tucson on Friday so I agreed to drive the vehicle to them. Lo & behold, a very similar vehicle to the original one I was interested in had been traded in on Wednesday or Thursday. DD gave this vehicle to me as a loaner, even though they were planning on giving me a different vehicle. I drove it around Tucson, and decided I would buy it! However, I didn't have all of the funds on that Friday to purchase it. DD allowed me to drive it home on April 10th and I wasn't able to secure the funds until the last week of April to officially buy it. They were completely fine with that. I've had the vehicle checked out by a professional mechanic and the only thing this vehicle needed was an alignment. I'm so happy I now have a reliable vehicle! I feel the price was good, and they even allowed me to trade in my van for $500 which was extremely generous considering it had so many problems. My main contact was HD, and I found him to be very warm and accommodating. I've also met most of the staff there and they were all friendly & helpful. As a woman that isn't a mechanic or very knowledgeable about vehicles in general, it's a valid concern that I could get fleeced. All of the staff members I met at DD are men, but I never felt like I was being manipulated or lied to in order to make a sale. I highly recommend Desert Diamond Motors. I'm certain my vehicle is going to last for the next 10-20 years. (Diesel baby!) But if I am still living in this area, and need to buy another vehicle, I will 100% call up Desert Diamond Motors.

The exact second a problem arises, the mask falls off. My car broke down on day 21 with a completely ruined AC loop that clearly should've been inspected before selling a vehicle off lot. I held up 100% of my end of the bargain and spent over $700 out of pocket to bring brand-new parts to their shop after the manager, HD, explicitly promised in writing that they would cover the labor. Once the parts arrived, HD the 'manager' turned into a petty, unprofessional nightmare. He tried to cut corners to basically ruin the new parts by doing a half job ,moved the goalposts of what his mechanic was actually willing to do and what they'd pay for knowing any real reputable dealership would take care of their paying customer, and then demanded a $200 ransom for labor that already in writing promised for free. When I caught him dead-to-rights lying about the parts with a photo of them literally sitting on his desk. As well as trying to scam me for used parts claiming his mechanic's diagnostic was only for one piece of the set. The price he was charging me, I purchased a brand new whole set for. He threw an immature high school tantrum because he couldn't handle being called shady. He has repeatedly argued with me over the phone, issuing multiple threats, and throwing a temper tantrum when held accountable to his own text messages. I even reached out to the owner of the whole business Seyed Hosseini he had absolutely no care or remorse or recourse for the situation. Absolute garbage human beings running a predatory lot. Mike provided the extra service of dropping the car at my home as the dealership is 1/2 hr away and 'taking an Uber would cost you a lot'. The truck arrived with a fresh wash and gas. Mike was pleasant to work with. I will check out Galaxy Motors again if I am in need of a used vehicle in the future.

He was not offered a test drive or to negotiate the price of the vehicle. On July 31, the vehicle broke down on the highway with his infant baby in the vehicle. The following day he notified the dealership and he was told they would contact the bank and reverse the transaction. The following week, they "repaired" the vehicle. Within a week the vehicle broke down again. It will not start and my vehicle is without a vehicle . He cannot go to work as he works in Safford and cannot take his infant son to any DR appointments as they are in Tucson. The dealership refuses to help, my nephew has not even made his first payment yet. The vehicle has been broken longer than he was able to drive it. My nephew is in a very difficult situation, if he trades in the vehicle the trade in value is only $8K and that's for a vehicle that runs , if he doesn't make a payment his credit is ruined. They sold him a 2015 Chrysler for $15K out the door. I would NOT recommend this dealership as they took advantage of the fact my nephew was young and not familiar with the car buying process. ‼‼‼
