What really impressed me about Jerit was his tenacity in continually searching for the right car. He would call me up and send me all the information and pictures that would allow me to determine if it was the right car for me. There was never any pressure to purchase now! This continued until just the right vehicle was on their doorstep. The transaction was executed quickly and with no hitches. I believe it would be worth giving them another shot in the future. Warning: Stay away. It's been nothing but a hassle. Before we left with the car, the salesman (Niko) knew the tire needed air and possibly needed replacing. Only had the car for 3 days, during which the rear light went out, and the A/C was blowing warm air. Apparently, the inspection and prep-for-sale procedure doesn't work well. Waiting for "The Warranty Company" to approve repairs. What a joke. Autonation Toyota should just fix the car instead of pushing it to a Warranty Company, where you get strung out for who knows how long. Remember that the bean counters are trying to cut back on real staff and encourage, and almost force people to bank online... They do this because it costs them less money for customer service. And they can outsource customer service to people that cost less... I found that staff present were more than willing to help me.   It's a typical Bank of America with tellers, a couple of managers, and an ATM.
