They would get a "Great" score from us, however they decided to close the branch office that was closest to us (which was still over 30 miles away). Now in order to visit a branch office we have to drive close to 40 miles one way. Not Ideal At All, especially with minimally abled customers. The products at SunWest are very good. The checking and savings accounts have good interest rates. They have products that will insure different things you use every day, like your cell phone, for decent prices with specific accounts. They offer other products, like loan products, that have decent interest rates and payment options. They have products for young people just starting out that help them save money, as well. I have liked SunWest Credit union, not only for the products, but for the people who worked there. We had always been treated Very Well every time we walked into the branch office at Prince and Campbell, and some of the tellers and bank officials remembered our names. I will miss that. Another nice thing about SunWest is, it has a positive working relationship with Hughes Federal Credit Union. They charge no fees for it, and allow you to do SunWest business at Hughes branches, and visa versa. (as long as you already have accounts with the Credit Union in question. In other words, you can not open an account for one Credit Union at the other Credit Union)

There are two ATM outsides and the open at 10 and close at 4. This is ridiculous, there should be a big sign outside saying go to a different location for teller services! Go to Campbell and Glenn or Broadway and Swan. There are several "bankers" here sitting at desks and the other "potential teller" he stands at door with iPad to take your name.

I'm on hold with my seventh phone call to PNC in the past two weeks. Every person gives me different information about when my payments will show up. Basically, the money disappears from my checking account and doesn't show up as a payment on my credit card. First they told me 24 hours, then 48 hours, then 3 business days, now 10 business days. I've escalated to two different supervisors and still don't have satisfaction.

I've never had a banker go above and beyond for me like that. he answered all my questions, he told me a potential issues that might occur with some of my paperwork, and he explained how to avoid fees. I hope the rest of my experience with this bank goes as well as my first day, I will have to wait and see though.
