This is more than likely the last time I use RAO.

Excellent customer service and welcoming staff here also. This is my new imaging place and I'm so grateful that it's a lot nearer than my Homosassa place that I began going to several years ago. The reason for the negative review is that they have not sent the imaging to her neurologist who requested the images. Her appointment was on the 15th of May, it is now the 5th of June. ....When she called (3 different times), she was told they had sent the information....today, she was told they sent the information from them reading the images, which is NOT what the doctor ordered, he simply needed the images so he could read them .Today's phone call told her that she would get the images faster if she drove the 140 mile round trip, picked the images up, and delivered them to her doctor....please note, she is 76 years old, and 100 % disabled from profound spinal issues. Needless to say, we are not happy campers
