I would 90% of the staff knew what they were doing but unfornutely i got the other 10% and mostly from the person named Elizabeth. She should not be sticking anyone with anything without supervision and that lies on the shoulders of the establishment and not the newly trained worker. Unfortunately, Elizabeth is going to get the brunt of this rant as she is the one that did the work and is a so-called trained professional. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. If you do go there ask for CeCi to stick you or one of the managers.. STAY AWAY FROM ELIZABETH THE BUTCHER - her new nickname. PS. the picture was taking today but the work was done on Tuesday 8/6/24 around 10-11am so that is my arm 4 days later and the nurse told me to expect another 7-10 days. Basically 14 days to recover.. I will be speaking with Management come Monday as this hack needs more training. read more

The staff at the front spend more time talking to each other than taking donors. There's 6 booths & rarely is there 2 people working. The phlebotomy staff are efficient and very nice. However, conversing with each other needs to be a minimum. The music is questionable at times. read more

Everything was going well. I was comfortable, enjoying the silence while donating. Then, at 3:00 pm, (apparently the "shift change", they began playing LOUD "Ghetto-Music"), and I began to get ANGRY!!!!! Why would they play that S#$t to "satisfy the workers, instead of TRYING TO PLEASE THE CUSTOMERS??? If they are going to continue to RUIN my serenity, for a GIFT that I am giving, to HELP OTHER PEOPLE, then you'll have to tell me about an EARLIER time I can make an appointment, to SATISFY MY PEACE OF MIND. Just because the "workers" may enjoy that CRAP, DOESN'T mean those of us willing to donate have to listen to that CRAP. PLEASE, just let us watch the TV and be comfortable donating. Honestly wish I could give this place 0 star trash ass lazy employees who constantly complain about being inside an Ac building. so apparently they have a new system an I needed to get another physical but I was already waiting an hour to get called when I finally got called up they ask for my address even tho I already gave it to them a week prior an I was pulling out my phone because I just moved here an the lady said I'd have to come in tomorrow even tho I was about to tell her my address. read more

I have been donating since 2019. I believe that every employee does their very best. What I've noticed is that some of the donors come in, not prepared to give (not hydrated, eating the wrong things) and then they expect the employees to work miracles and they are verbally crabby when things don't go their way. The mindset needs to be, I'm giving plasma to be of service, I don't come in giving orders. We are there to serve, not to be served. You can never anticipate the length of time it will take, so come with the attitude that it is what it is. If you get out sooner, great. If it takes awhile, then that's okay too. I've noticed a big improvement recently with the management strictly adhering to qualification guidelines and if someone wants to show their backside, they are escorted out of the building. The new pre-check in from your phone saves a lot of time. read more

Approximately 8 weeks ago I stopped in to donate. I had donated many time years ago. I was told I now needed my doctor's approval due to a medication I was taking and then once I had that Biomat would need their Dr to approve me. Within a week I saw my doctor and returned the forms to Biomat. I have called once or twice a week now for 8 weeks. I have left messages on facebook, have left messages on their webpage. The only response is, "Our doctor hasn't looked at the form yet." TWO MONTHS. The continually say they need donors yet won't work with those who want to donate. Don't expect them to do anything more than the minimum at this location. read more

Wish I could give zero stars. Either they are always severely understaffed or don't care about donors' time. Takes me 30 minutes to donate and I'm consistently there 2-2.5 hours even when the place is dead and only a quarter to a third of the chairs are in use. Horrible! read more

Don't expect a short wait time here. Donating plasma is a process that varies depending on the person. Athena runs a good team here. Just be a respectful and have patience and you will be treated well here. read more

Awful donation center, I've been donating for a year straight with no issues , however a computer glitch had prevented me from donate for half a year so far. It's an error they refuse to fix, they're rude over the phone, ever since the company was taken over by someone else hospitality and kindness went out the door when Carla left. There is no reason why I should be now six months with out being to donate. read more
