No one answers the phone like at all ever for any reason. A lot of people in there have no clue what there doing. Blowing people's veins out bruising the arm so bad it takes 1 to 2 months to heal all the way it ridiculous!! Horrible care supervisor is rude as hell ion there's a few good people but that branch needs a real evaluation. read more

Least of the three centers in Gainesville for donation payout. Very under staffed, only two of the four phlebotomists are ever able to correctly insert the "needle" into a vein and machines are ancient and out dated, leading to longer donation than the other two centers available for donation. If you are a " new" donor, or considering to donate for a first time, this center pays out $100 for your first three donations, $55 for your next five donations, then alternates back and forth during the week, if you donate twice weekly, between the $55 for the first time, then $75 for the second time, and the schedule begins on Monday, they're closed in Sunday. Biolife in 34th has easy better incentive for a first time donor at $90!!!!! For the first EIGHT!!!! Donations!!! BP Plasma on 13th street is a great second choice. There, they are fully staffed, immensely organized, and every one of there 12 phlebotomists are accurate in painlessly inserting the needle used for extraction. As with Biolife, BP Plasma has a very enticing payout schedule for their new donors and immediately treats new donors as those who have become regulars at the center. I use work at Ked Plasma, and at $3000 for a bottle of plasma, to only pay any donor only mere change, when they first begin the donation process, just never set right. read more

I have no clue what has happened here but the receptionist is rude as hell and they dont pick up the phone anymore. Ive been waiting 2 weeks for my peotein level to come back from bumfuck egypt. They said it would be 7 days at the most.When I call no one answers, when they do answer theyre rude as fuck. No um we dont have a doctor here and they wont be here for 3 weeks knowing goddamn good and well there has to be a medic there all the time. This lady could have easily looked up my info on the computer but no all i get is deep sighs and ummmms.I can tell you this much this place used to suck but now they are seriously trying to get rid of every person that comes there to donate. Do Not Try to donate her they will treat you like you are shit on the bottom of their shoe. read more

Then I was hooked up to the plasma machine. I drank plenty of water so it only took 40 minutes to donate my plasma. The phlebotomist was excellent. No pain. My introductory payment offer was $100 per donation for the first 4. Payments are given via pre-paid VISA card. My 5th donation will pay $50. If I donate a 2nd time in that same week, I'll earn $75. I'm used to donating twice weekly, so It's an easy way to spend an hour. I listen to music , podcasts or catch up on emails. If you download the app, you can answer the screening questionnaire at home before you arrive. You'll be given a QR code to scan at the door. Once you're in, you'll be weighed and your vitals will be taken. It goes pretty fast. Make sure to eat a high protein meal before you come and drink lots of water. Your vein will be easier to find and it will flow faster. Make sure to use the bathroom before you're hooked up to the machine. They staff are super nice. They are all there to help.

Inarguably dental needs for mo st people are among our highest anxiety causing medical procedures. Comprehensive's staff Doctors including Elizabeth Rojas and Andrew Martin and assistants, Trey Ford to name one, are acutely aware and sensitive to this and offer constant reassurance and updates as to what they are doing and timing in the current process. While dental work is costly the expense at Comprehensive is offset by, as is included in their office's name, the provision of comprehensive services, making costly and time consuming referrals unnecessary. I must admit that the extent of procedures currently planned are the result of 30 years of neglect on my part but knowing that all of the work will be carried out by one staff in one location make the experience easier. I had some horribly painful new fillings from another dentist in town (*cough* hack job), and they were causing jaw discomfort. They were not smooth at all, and the fillings were too high, causing issues with my bite. I'd been back three times to have assorted messed-up fillings fixed, to no avail. Dr. Van Dyke's team was super sympathetic and found a small window of time for me the next morning. I came in with my nerves totally shot and feeling a little gaslit, like maybe I didn't actually have problems with my teeth, but I was imagining them at this point. Dr. Van Dyke sat me down, took a look and completely agreed with me. He took what little time he had and fixed my bite, and smoothed out another filling that was bothering me because it was left rough. He noted that the high filling he fixed had left one of my molars loose (!!!!!!!!!) and asked me to come back for a follow up a month later to see if it would "tighten up". All told, he made me feel better that I wasn't crazy AND he fixed the problem for me. I left feeling vindicated, much happier and more at peace with my mouth in general. His staff was so sweet, patient and kind and the office itself is nicely appointed. It's clean and quiet, which is very soothing. Many people fear the dentist, but Dr. Van Dyke is gentle and kind and I would recommend him to anyone. PS I went back a month later and the molar is fine now :)
