She would literally focus on me being TWO pounds weight difference in a one month span instead of listening to my concerns. Today I told another doctor in the same office that one of the referrals they had given me was a really bad fit for me and I didn't wish to continue with said referral. The doctor immediately jumped to insisting I was the problem instead of the referral who made it very clear she had no clue what she was doing (she told me she never handled clients for my reason of referral and kept leaving to consult another doctor)... It's been my experience that the doctors of this office are assumptive, judgmental, and aren't fully concerned with the wellbeing of their patients...

The problem with this place that I have is the office staff. One lady is very nice but there's one girl with dark hair that's especially rude and unwelcoming. Every time we've been in she looks very miserable and I always feel like she doesn't want to be there and that she is annoyed by our presence. If they were nicer at the desk and more welcoming it would change the entire feel of that place & I would probably give 5 stars. I'm a nurse and when people are seeking medical care & have to be somewhere where they would rather not be in the 1st place, it seems to me it would only be appropriate to have kind hearted people and smiles when you are greeted. I called at least 6 or 7 practices because I have a complicated hormone history and Dr C said Don't worry, I've got you. Even though she's in high demand she makes time for me on every appointment to make sure I'm taken care of. She's got so much energy and is a joy to work with.
