I really LOVE this place!!!! I have had the basic breakfast plates here before: Pancakes, French toast, all wonderful =) BUT, OH MY GOODNESS!!!!! The seafood omlette is THE BEST EVER!!! To understand the magnitude of what im talking about, I dont eat eggs all too much and never really liked omlettes.Again this plate is WONDERFUL!! I came here with a friend. We worked out before and thought breakfast would be a great idea. Choosing this place may have been a bad idea, however. The server we had was kinda rude. I've worked in customer service before and I've worked in the food industry as well. I understand that certain things can't happen as they are part of the policy, but you don't have to be so rude. My friend hates eggs so whenever we do breakfast she gets the French toast combo and substitutes hashbrawns in place of the eggs. When she asked this lady she immediately was very rude. "No. You can do fruit, cottage cheese, or tomatoes." Sounds harmless except for the fact that she said it in the most condescending tone ever. When we asked why she sarcastically said it was their policy....she kept this tone the whole time we were there. Also the food was ok. My biscuits and gravy were kinda bland. The sausage didn't seem like it was cooked fully and the fruit was dry as hell. All in all.....maybe just don't go here. read more

Good 'down home' kind of American food at very reasonable prices. It's clean and bright and we've received friendly service everytime we come here. My lady friend likes their fish dishes because they use fresh fish, not frozen Of course you can order the standard fare of hamburgers, sandwiches etc. if you like. Personally I enjoy their BBQ baby back ribs as they are quite tender and tasty. We live in Bellevue and my girl friend and I make the drive to Everett often to enjoy a good meal together. Its billed as a diner but oh what a diner. American cuisine at its best. The salmon dinner was the same salmon dinner that I received at a chain waterfront restaurant, cooked to perfection and at half the price! Their California omelet is incredibly flavorful and very generous in size! The place is very clean, and has GOOD service. My wife and I were on a three week vacation to Washington State and British Columbia and just happened to stay at a nearby RV park for a few days. By chance we happened on the 112th St Diner and, OMG, we fell in love with the place! The grilled cod lunch was wunderbar and we returned for the next two days for breakfast. Went there today, Sunday, for late breakfast.  We got a table fast, but service was slow, but we didn't mind.  Everyone was friendly and food was good.  Towards the end, two ladies came in with their pet dogs.  They obviously were not service dogs.  That was kind of weird, one dog barked and they were in the way, everyone had to walk around the dogs.  Maybe next time I will bring my pet bird. read more

Went here based on reviews. From the moment we sat down the waitress "Karen" acted like she didn't have even a moment to spend at our table literally walking away as she dropped off our menus and any interactions she had with us she was backed away from our table heading in the opposite direction. Long story short the service was hideous. Our ticket was dropped off mid meal with a "thank you" as we sat there with sodas almost empty (generally a waitress asks if you'd like a refill) I jokingly said "seems her service is done here". Directly across from us was a table that was offered desert while still eating "let me give you something to think about" & essentially catered to. The difference? We are a mixed couple, my guy with tattoos etc. The mood / vibe was dank to say the least and was noted from the second we sat down as I asked my guy if it was just me or did our waitress have an attitude. Upon paying the bill I asked the waitress why she hadn't waited on us like she had the others. Her answer "you guys were rude". Hmmm odd since we used words like please and thank you. Karen also overcharged us. Fixed the ticket, slapped it on the counter...became loud and obnoxious telling us her manager would be there in the morning and then went on to give us the owners name. I should have read all the reviews as I now see the manager has been described as extremely rude and the owner has been described as cheap and not accommodating customers so doubtful they'd even speak to her. Unless you look like a member of the good ol boys club I suggest you save yourself the outrageous bill for mediocre food and shit service. read more

Let me start out by saying, I've grown up in the Lynnwood/Everett area since I was young and have never eaten at this quaint little establishment until recently. One morning, one of my girlfriends and I decided to grab some breakfast and, although originally wanting to dine at iHop down the street, they ended up being way too busy for us to wait so we decided to go elsewhere. Best decision that day probably, because the inside is huge, in comparison to what you would think from looking outside, and we were seated immediately at a booth. We looked over the menu for quite some time because everything looked and sounded delicious! I ended up getting the diced ham and egg scramble which came with two slices of English muffins, which were AMAZING by the way, and my friend ended up getting pancakes. The food here is outstanding and our waitress was so sweet. I give this place 4 stars only because they had a small selection of flavored pancakes, but overall, a great place to come for food! read more

The food has always been great. The wait staff are kind. The folks who seat everyone could learn to put on a smile. It's really the only downer besides the carpet on the bathroom side. I go here sometimes because it is close to my house. The service is awesome. The people that work there are accommodating and friendly. Cassi, one of the servers, always has a smile on her face and will never let your coffee cup go empty. However, the food is overpriced. For what you get, quality and quantity, customers are paying too much. I will still go here though. read more

Really disappointed with this place. The owners must not check Yelp because it seems everyone has had the same issue with the staff. I went here yesterday and I couldn't agree more with everyone else. Once walking in the girl that just smiled and stared at us at the counter. I finally had to tell her table for 2 please. Once seated and figured out what to eat with menus closed it took about 10 minutes for our waitress to come over. She never came as soon as we were seated to see what we wanted to drink first like 95% of most restaurants do! I ordered a side salad which was $4.99 (I could spend less at the grocery store buying the exact bag of lettuce and make it at home) and the French dip. Food was good but could have been better for the price. My mom got an omelet which she said have zero flavor and her hash browns where hard and burnt. I NEVER see anyone in this place and I now understand why. With their horrible service and mediocre food. We won't be going back! And I suggest you don't either! read more

This diner was recommended by my son and if he does, it is usually very good. He was right and now we are hooked. The portions are large. Dinners come with dessert. Price is reasonable. They can put more vegies like cucumber and tomatoes on their salads otherwise it is just green salad. Service is very good. Waitress even gave me extra tapioca pudding to go bec I liked it so much. Just found the perfect breakfast spot! Went on recommendation of friends, and they couldn't have made a better one! Place was nice, clean, and uncrowded for a Sunday morning. Server was great, and gave my husband an excellent recommendation based on what he wanted, which a big Southern breakfast. He got three eggs over easy, biscuits and gravy, and a huge cinnamon roll. He said the gravy was the best he has had in this part of the country, which is high praise for a Georgia boy. I had the tasty California scramble, with a generous helping of fresh avocado. Had breakfast at 10-a group of 10.Did not have a wait for tables.I was cirious about breakfast having enjoyed liver/onions here many times-they are the only diner that does liver/onions in Everett. Breakfast did not disapoint-everyones dishes looked hearty and good.Omelets made authentic-folded over NOT just chopped "fritata" style.They actually make the hashbrowns from scratch.The waitress was friendly.Syrup served in generous pitchers,My biscuit /gravy was excellent w/gravy full of sausage and not over-salty.Got a side of (Housemaide!)cornbeef hash full of green/red peppers-was tasty yet tender.I was amazed at a friends ham slice-was huge! The only reason did not give 5 star-they do not use real butter pattys but a spread that just does not do justice for the quality of meal.I did like the sunfresh freezer jams an upgrade from smuckers.Would like to see fresh-squeezed OJ too-. I've never had bad service here until today. Our waitress was terrible, I had to go up to the counter to get her to refill my coffee. I rarely go all the way down to Everett anymore, but when I do, I just have to go here!! My father and I years ago were in the area and looking for somewhere to eat. Stopped by here and fell in love. We literally came here EVERY sunday for 2 years straight. Unfortunately as I have grown older, I am more busy can't always come here anymore but any days I do spend with dad, we will always come here. This place is great for many reasons.. 1. salmon is mine and my fathers favorite food and they have the best salmon I have ever had every time. It just melts in your mouth and the herb butter gives it a great seasoning. It is amazing how it is 100x better than any expensive restaurant in WA! 2. the staff here is so sweet and knows us by name now. They actually know a lot of their customers by name which shows that they are very friendly and people love the food to keep coming back! 3. extremely good prices! I can't say anything bad about this place.. MUST TRY if your in the area but I do have to add that I have tried their other foods and they aren't that great.. so if you do come here because of me, only order the salmon and I can assure you, you will leave there feeling the same as I have for years :) read more

Awesome breakfast's and even better dinners. We hold a club meeting at the Diner once a month at dinnertime. Our group is about 6 to 8 people and we always get top notch service from the wait staff. If you like good food including homemade soups, fresh gigantic dinner salads and mouthwatering sandwiches, ribs, steaks or just a Chicken fried steak or hamburger steak, this place is perfection! Always a nice fresh vegetable accompanies the meal and for some of the larger meals, dessert in tapioca pudding or ice cream is included. Comfort food central with pie for dessert too (see the display case in the entry for the pie choices). A suggestion to change the meeting spot for dinner was met with mutinous talk.....so I dropped the subject. It's 112th Street Diner for us all the way! read more

I am a huge breakfast lover and this place brings it just about every time I have ever been in there by myself and my family of 5. I am writing this review after having gone there over the last 7 years or so. They have a great kids menu, and it is a good value. The weekend Eggs Benny is excellent. The portions are more than reasonable. Their bacon is the thick sliced variety and if you get there late, they have a great lunch menu as well. The staff is generally attentive and they do a good job keeping up on the coffee refills. Huge in my book! If you are looking for good place to go at reasonable prices, this place is it. read more

It's true the food probably will not win any high profile cook off, but it is good comfort food. Good pies and hand packed milkshakes if you have a sweet tooth. The dinner also offers a good variety of different types of food if you have picky eaters. This is my favorite breakfast spot around. I love eggs benidict and on the weekends they have so many varieties to choose from. I am from the south and I like my hash-browns very crunchy. This last time I went they actually did a much better job making them that way, when requested. I am usually not happy but was this time. I hope they keep it up. Manager invaded my personal space and really creeped me out. When I visibly recoiled, he got even closer then turned to open the door for me so I could exit. Trying to cover up his creepy and hurry me out before someone saw my visible discomfort with him. So very creepy. read more

This used to be an excellent place to go eat. They changed owners last year and while the food is same good quality, the atmosphere had definitely changed. Most employers are Hispanic, and while I have nothing against that, they stand around talking Spanish the entire time you're there. They speak Spanish the entire time unless they're talking to a customer. I find this extremely rude, laughing and speaking a different language in front of customers doesn't make them feel good. They don't seem to notice this even when I said something about it they just laughed and spoke in Spanish to each other again. There is no manager on duty most of the time so if you have a problem there is no getting it settled or even speaking to anybody about it. Apparently the manager works a few nights a week and is one of the server's. One of the Hispanic servers of course. I miss the old employees and the old atmosphere. However the breakfasts is still the best in town . I would have given it 5 starts if not for the previous mentioned Hispanics speaking Spanish always. read more
