Disappointed with Dishonest and Poor Service I brought my SUV in to have a tire pressure sensor replaced--something my vehicle clearly identified, and which was previously confirmed by GMC as affecting one specific tire. I supplied a new sensor myself but was told they could not program third-party sensors and would only use ones they sell. I agreed to proceed with their sensor and service. However, I was later told that a different sensor (on the other tire) was also failing and that even though they replaced it --that the warning light would still remain on unless I replaced the other one. That made no sense. I paid to have the issue diagnosed, repaired, and programmed properly, yet the original issue remains unresolved. I'm now left with two tires (when I came in with one) showing faulty sensor warnings and no real solution. The experience felt misleading and unprofessional. Had they been upfront about their limitations or accurately diagnosed the issue, I would've gone elsewhere. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone expecting honest, competent service. read more

Unprofessional! Loves to constantly charge me $90-$100 for a USED tire, I asked for cheaper options this ONE time and somebody caught a attitude and they told me "We don't want your service" I always use to come here for tires because they have good tread. However, this time I was welcomed by a Spanish speaking man (I don't know any Spanish) and because I wasn't speaking Spanish back to him he caught an attitude. Wtf am I suppose to do if I don't know Spanish? He had an attitude and guess what!!? He spoke English. He formed perfect sentence of English asking me what I needed today (only thing is his body language and voice seemed irritated) I'm not about to spend my hard earned $90-$100 dollars dealing with a CRAPPY ATTITUDE and on a USED tire, No Thank you! Then some other guy with a nasty disgusting pimple on his neck came to me and explained the tire was good etc. like why wouldn't that "Spanish" man explain that to me. I told him that their tires are too much. The man with the pimple on his neck admitted to having CHEAPER tires but that everyone wants them. Like wtf? I came in saying I only had $50 and the wanna be paisa over here said "No, we can't do NO!" And caught a damn attitude. I came to dismount my wheels and owner said he couldn't do it but workers said they could. They are beadlock wheels but keep in mind I had already took off the beadlock and needed to them to de bead the back of the wheel and once workers were able to do it owner changed the price! We just started our family road trip to Yellowstone on a Sunday and I ended up with a flat tire on the 15. This was one of the few shops that was open on Sunday and rather than waiting 6 hours at a very large retailer, I pulled into this shop and only had to wait for one car ahead of me. They gave me options to try and repair the tire, buy a used tire or get a new one. We opted for a new tire since we were driving 2000+ miles. They swapped out the tire and we made it to Yellowstone and back without a single issue. I know I paid a premium for the tire but I like to think I paid for their availability and quick service. There's 3 shops in one all different guys, all over priced for the high desert! In the near decade of living here never have I seen so many taking advantage. $400 for a front brake job? For a 2014 compact vehicle? You out your mind bro! Went 5 mins down the road and got it done for $250! Told them what the other guys here said and they straight faced told me "they been out here taking advantage lately I'm sorry Mam, no reasonable justification for that price upcharge." I'm grateful there's still honest people up here. Feel sorry for the OG owner and guy that would run this place, things were better here when he was the one overseeing things. Never again. Lost a good few loyal ones with this. Last time early this year they tried to charge me $25 for a patch up. Went down the road got it for $15 and I tipped that guy $10!!!!! Why? Cause I couldn't believe this lady here at one stop really said $25! I told the other guy down the road how much she tried to charge me and he said "why?" If there was a zero star I would have given that for my review. Short and to the point. I took my car in to have tires that I purchased put on by them, I was charged for mounting and balancing. Shortly after I drove away, my tire pressure sensor light was on. I turned back around to have it looked at, mind you, that light was not on prior nor had it been in a few years. I was told that it was a faulty tire sensor. I ended up having it replaced with a new one, paid for it. 2 days later the light comes on again. This place is telling me that it's the tire pressure in the tires, even though they had pumped them up 13 psi more than the recommended psi. I am very frustrated and feel as if they were the ones who damaged the tire sensors while replacing my new tires. read more

Come to find out I was only 3 minutes away so I pulled in with my 40 foot trailer, he was actually on lunch... he stopped his lunch and also allowed me to unhook my trailer on the side in order to Install my new tires on my truck. Worst experience I've ever had with a tire shop. I bought a tire that was slightly used and 30 MINUTES later it blew on the freeway with my wife and kid. I then took it back with a receipt and asked if I could get another used tire or a refund and they denied it. I had to pay $65 on top of paying $70 for the last one. I understand that they don't give warranty on used tires but how is that fair on my end? They didn't even want to work some kind of arrangement. Let me start with commending Josh I was on a spare and with a toddler in the car needed to get a tire fast I needed a tire that they didn't have in the shop and they had it delivered on the spot. I recently moved here and I usually get the buy 4 get one free from the tire Big stores but when I went to America's Tires earlier that morning they had a lime of 8 cars just in parking lot waiting to get tires. Timing , compassion , and just being able to say people still do understand there are situations people need help and that is why I will continue to come here to buy my tires even when I need anything else.
