Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. I went in for a warranty issue and the guy working said he wouldn't handle it. The guy said maybe a corporate store would. Then he got extremely argumentive with me yelling at me as I walked out. Drove over to America's Tire took care of me no questions asked. Obviously this guy is an independent and he doesn't want to deal with the hassle of warranty. I stopped in and they didn't have my tire in stock, they helped call around to see if someone else did with no luck. We were trying to get to a cruise on time in San Pedro. I have a huge trailer and truck and was driving through. I called and asked if they would have time to look at my brakes and if my truck and large trailer could get in and if they could check out the truck. They said yes no problem. I get there and he says go ahead and unhook your trailer. We'll the whole point was I asked if they could look without unhooking. He said I should have known this even if he didn't say that. On my way to Vegas on December 30,2024 When I had transmission issues. My car was hardly moving. I was close to the area so I checked a Firestone that google sent me to they said I had to leave my car until the next day . I then asked the guy if there were any other Firestone nearby and he told me yes and helped me look up the Firestone where John works at . I called the number and spoke to John. He said He would see what he could do and that he did! It was myself and my 9 year old daughter travelling. John was so nice even over the phone . While explaining to him the issue over the phone his reply was " ok well, come in and lets see if we can get you on your way to Vegas" When I got there he did the regular checks and put some transmission fluid in . He then said " All I can say is Pray that you get to Vegas!" I was already praying before I got to John and I wasnt going to stop praying .I am a woman who strongly believes in God and the Power of prayer . A few minutes later my daughter saw a car being worked on by John's team the car read " With God nothing shall be impossible" ( Matthew 19:26) for me that a sign telling me that God was with me And everything was going to be ok. We hopped in our car and prayed and Gave thanks to Jesus for everything and yup, my car is still up and running . Thank you Jesus! I believe God led me to John for a reason and I am happy to have met such a humanitarian guy. I really appreciated the quick work these guys did. I was visiting for a family emergency and my car was feeling funny. Brought it in and they diagnosed it. All together, only took a few hours. I was surprised by the price as well. Either at or below the average. Really good work done as far as I can tell. I've driven a few hundred miles since and still feels great. I purchased four tires from them earlier and after enduring a blow out at 30k miles, the warranty was honored for a new tire. At first I went to the one that was closer to my house and I was looking at $230 for a new tire that wouldn't match my other ones because they didn't carry Good year tires. I made the extra 10 minute drive and my wallet appreciates me for it. They had it fixed within 30 minutes and patched my other tire that had a nail in it for free. Gave these guys a try last Sunday (7/22) as I needed an alignment, tire repair and rotation on my Subaru. I always try to support the small businessman as I come from a family of small business owners. First they tried to tell me I needed a new battery which I did not. They had my ignition turned to aux for some reason and killed my battery. I know this because when my key is turned, the bluetooth connects to my phone (which was going off and it was on me in the lobby). I have no idea how long they'd had my ignition in aux. I am totally ok with the fact that they may have needed to have it in aux to do some of the work on my car, but don't try to work ME for a new battery because you think I wouldn't know any better. Shady practice right there. As I drove home, I noticed my steering wheel was still cattywampus and it was still pulling to the right but my tire pressure light was off. I had other things I had to do (my weekends are my only free time to handle these sorts of things) so, I parked the car in my garage, grabbed my other car and headed out. Now, this weekend (I drove my other vehicle all week), I went to drive my Subaru and my tire pressure light was back on, steering wheel still crooked and car still pulling to the right. On Saturday (7/28), I returned to these guys to have them make it right. Terry told me I would have to leave it all day which was not something I could do. He then asked me to leave it all day on Sunday, which I also was not able to do and then offered to make me an appointment for the following week. Again, I do not have the time during the week, only on the weekends. Terry's tone and demeanor was quite perturbed with me and it was clear that he wasn't thrilled with me bringing a vehicle back to have their work redone. But either way, I have to drive the Subaru this upcoming week and didn't have time for shady business practices. I immediately took it to Les Schwab where they found the Right Toe (that Bear Valley Firestone said was barely out of alignment) was WAY out of alignment! They also said I had one side in the rear that was out of alignment (BVF said nothing was wrong with the rear) and the leaky tire that BVF supposedly fixed was still leaking. So, $80 later, my steering wheel is straight, there's no more pulling and no more tire pressure light. After the way I was spoken to, I don't even want to go back there and deal with these guys and ask for my money back since technically their work is still under the 90 day warranty that is clearly stated on the back of their work orders. All of this and they lost someone that would have been absolutely loyal to them had they just done the right thing. *****I would like to follow up by saying that John backed up their work and reimbursed me the monies I was out. If I could give less than one star I would, I took my car in to be serviced, at 1300 on august 13,2021 I never received a call if my car was finished or not but I did receive a call at 5a.m. From the VICTORVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT THAT MY CAR WAS STOLEN FROM THIS SHOP! Here's how I know for certain this was an inside job, this place has had multiple vandalizations and cars stolen, yet they still had not installed any kind of video cameras at all, and the fact that they leave the keys INSIDE the car- who even still does that?! They aren't even filing a claim until Monday- in the day of the World Wide Web- do you really have to wait until 48 hours later to report a theft?? My car was going to be paid off within a few months, I had recently just bought brand new tires, people do not I repeat do not come to this Firestone- I guarantee you will regret it. I am going to be taking legal action against this place- this shouldn't happen to anyone else. They have got to be held accountable, going forward. I repeat, do NOT bring your car here. read more

I came here just because they had the wheels available at the time but much rather have waited for another shop to get them in. I paid them for 4 wheels , alignment , and a tpms. However the tpms wasn't in the tire , I wasn't getting a reading and was told my vehicle needs to have it programmed at the dealership however thats incorrect. What a disgusting auto shop. The front waiting area is absolutely filthy. There are a few dirty chairs placed in a circle with no regard for social distancing. I went in because of a coolant issue and was charged $110 for them to simply tell me that they had no idea what the problem was with the car. Please don't ever go to this "Firestone." It isn't even a real Firestone. They don't accept accounts from Firestone nor any coupons. What a horrible business. read more

My wife and I were driving to Vegas when our new Mercedes alerted us that one of the tires was seriously low on air. We exited the highway and found there to be a nail squarely inserted into the rear tire. We noticed Bear Valley Firestone across the street and pulled in. We asked the two fellows there if they could repair the tire. As City Slickers from LA, we expected a long delay or to be unnecessarily sold a new tire at a high cost. Though the two fellows were busy working on other cars, they immediately told us to pull into a bay. Within a minute, they had our car jacked up and the tire off. Within 10 minutes we were back on the road with the assurance of knowing our tire had been fixed by someone who admittedly had been "repairing flat tires since 1971." All at a cost of $25. The service and graciousness of how we were treated was amazing. On our way out we noticed other newer tire shops, but knew we'd been "led" to the right one. read more

Awful customer service. John told us 30 minutes for a tire patch. We came back in 30 minutes and he said 20 minutes because glue had to dry. We walked around to see if they were working on it and they had not even started. He saw us going around to check and he ran out to start working on it. We asked for the tire back and he was so rude. If I could rate them 0 stars I would.. john is awful and doesn't know how to talk to people. I brought my car into this shop because it was overheating according to them the problem was fixed.. haha yeah right my car started overheating on Tuesday of the following week. Long be-hold I couldn't make it home the car was running that hot. Once I did make it to my moms house we tried to open the hood to see if the work was actually completed and guess what the latch release was broke so we couldn't even open the hood... by now I am beyond pissed because it wasn't broke when I left my car with them.. so today 5/31 I took my car back to them after I had to call off of work because I couldn't make it home we barely made it to the shop because again my car was still overheating.. we dropped the car off at the shop and I told John that my hood latch was broke and it wasn't broke when I dropped it off we get a call literally an hour later saying that they forgot to hook up the radiator fan and to replace my latch release it would cost $109 and they didn't break it.. well god damn who did because god himself didn't.. they don't even want to own up to them braking it.. so damn sad you lost a customer all because of your stupid work ethics and customer service.. this isn't the first time I had a problem with this company but please believe it will be my last.. I didn't pay $568 to be treated like this never again.. read more
