If you don't have a barcode, you're not scanning anything. Alicia was a perfect angel. They said I needed a main motor seal that's going to coast me $2824.62. I was so upset I took to Schwab tire service in Victorville. They said you don't need a main motor seal, valley hi Toyota service did a sloppy oil change that left oil all over the bottom of my engine, Schwab tire service cleaned the oil from bottom of my engine, no more leaks. Watch out for Valley Hi Toyota mechanic Service they will lie in front of your face and try to take as much money from you. So I took my car in to see why it wasn't running and they told me it needed a new engine. Long…read morestory short I went ahead and paid Them over $16,000 to put a new engine in my car. They told me to come pick up my car and when I picked it up, the check engine light immediately came on, so I drove it thinking maybe the computer needed to relearn the new engine but then the check engine light started to flash and then the car cut off while I was driving. So I pull over and start the car back up and drive back to the Mechanic where they take all day to do a diagnostic and tell me that is the o2 sensors or spark plugs so you need to tell me you put bad spark plugs in a O2 sensor on a new engine? Did you reuse the old oil and radiator fluid too? So I dropped my car back off to have it looked at and they keep it for 10 days and all they did was possibly clear the code that will pop it up and tell me my car was working just fine with no CEL so I go to pick it up. I drive it maybe 100 or 200 miles and the check engine light comes back on and I drive it another 200 300 miles and the check engine engine light starts to flash again because they had my car so long I missed work. I had to use a lot of rental cars and I now I have a brand new broke engine for 16,000+ dollars and they won't fix it.

I would give 0 Stars if i could…read more I pulled into Jiffy Lube at 5:32 PM with no cars being worked on, just a few employees standing around looking at an older fixed-up car outside that wasn't even being worked on. I was told they "take the last car at 5:30," even though the business doesn't close until 6:00 PM. All I needed was a quick oil change, but they still turned me away. Super disappointing customer service. If this is how they operate, I definitely won't be coming back.
